I know I’ve left it really, really late but I’m hoping to do my Xmas shopping after work today. I have no idea what to buy these people, please help:

  • Diabetic Aunt, mid 50s. Used to like stuff from Lush but it irritates her skin now.
  • Brother in mid 20s lives for PC games and not much else. Plays something called Dota. Is going through a clean eating phase. Doesn’t drink.
  • Relative in early 60s. Big football fan. Doesn’t drink or eat sweets/ chocolate. Tea drinker but has a million mugs already and only likes 1 type of tea.

I’m tempted to chuck everyone a £10 note in a card and be done with it. That’s the other thing we are on a tight, tight budget.

Brother- what about those protein balls, they're quite expensive, so would be a nice treat?
60s relative- Christmas socks? People always need socks - boring but still get used!
Aunt- gloves maybe? People with diabetes often have circulation problems, and the totes toasties are lovely and warm.

I think protein balls or fancy protein bars for your BIL.

Football towel, socks, blanket, scarf? For your relative in their sixties.

I'd go with the classic socks for your aunt, or fancy diabetic chocolates. The diabetic ones by Thornton's aren't bad. Some farm shops have really nice diabetic food.

For your brother - Joe wicks has a new veggie lean and whatever cookbook out - ive just seen it whilst browsing waterstones website

Relative in 60s - do they like nice biscuits with their tea?

Diabetic Aunt - what about something from body shop if she is now allergic to lush, otherwise woukd she appreciate a paperback novel or maybe a nice scarf or gloves. M&S have lovely leather tyoe gloves in a varietu of beautiful bright colours

Would second tote gloves. I would avoid diabetic chocolate and leather gloves. You could look in boots for moisturiser. My mum is diabetic and suffers from swollen hands and feet. What about a chillo pillow? Or a gi cookbook?
For your brother what about a Superdry top or ted baker stuff? Or iTunes voucher. When do u need it by? A lot of stuff is reduced online already.
For your relative what about a football autobiography or a joke book from the works or whsmiths or history of their home town. Or a 1 month now tv sports subscription.

Diabetic cookbook for your aunt.
Match of the Day Quiz Book for your football-mad relative. Try WHSmith.
Clean eating cookbook for your brother.

Thank you all good ideas.

I went with a Teeshirt and socks for my brother.
Autobiography and chocolates for football relative.
Aunt- scented candle & bath things.
