Toysforapound.co.uk

I’ve bought lots of bits from there before for stocking fillers/party bags and prizes. Quick delivery and some good bits on there if you like blind bags, slime, squishy things and tat

HalfBloodPrincess · 03/12/2018 22:18

My mistake, it’s toysforapound.com

In my DD stocking, I put in the staple tangerine, a big handful of sweets and then little tokens, for example a few packets of stickers, a fun keyring with initial on, maybe those little small Lego sets, that are just a small scene/figure obviously depending if your dc likes Lego, maybe a few toy cars/mini figures, pot of slime (don't all kids love this 😂) maybe some top trumps. All in all our stocking probably costs £15/£20 all in all and DD is more excited for her stocking than anything else.

Sorry, thought it was twin boys... for a little girl, matalan have some lovely little bits for like coin purses with initials on, I also bought some little bits of makeup from Superdrug. They were about £1/£1.50 each, gorgeous little cases with cute animals on and little sets of lip balms with fruity flavours x

I'm doing DS a Percy pig sticking as I've bought him all the bags of Percy and his family, friends etc! He loves them. Also the obligatory satsuma, £1 coin, chocolate sprouts, deodorant, shower gel (nice ones), hair gel, Game of Thrones socks, headphones, charger.
Last year I put in that sugary which he loved. There's not as many fun things this year as he has for t his budget on a big item - he's 16 though!

slappinthebass · 03/12/2018 23:21

I got light up fidget spinners for about £1.50 on eBay the other day, arrrived today and they are so much fun.
Other ideas: small blind bag toy if they are into any
Character socks
Fun toothbrush
Character bubble bath
Yoyo
Bouncy ball
Stationary
Hot wheels
Battery fairy lights
Hair accessories
Purse/wallet
Gloves/hat
Underwear
Stickers
Bubbles
Snap cards
calculator
Torch
Wind up toys
Magic flannel
Bath crayons
Foam soap
Character hair brush
Wilko have a lot of these things for cheap.
Try Lidl or Aldi for sweets/chocolate. I got Christmas foil wrapped chocolates for £1, and good sized marshmallow lollies for about £1 too. They also do bigger chocolate Santa's.

Fluffyears · 03/12/2018 23:22

Had to be chocolate coins! It’s tradition and Superdrug do different colours. I got purple ones for my friend who loves purple. Gloves and fluffy socks, tangerine, lip balms, bath toy...the £ is a great place to start.

Juanbablo · 04/12/2018 06:34

I got dd a mood ring yesterday to go in as a stocking filler. I remembered how much I loved them as a kid. Also tiny Rubik's cubes, foam gliders, beanie boos, bath bombs.

Equimum · 04/12/2018 07:30

Have a look in your local pound ship. Ours has had things like pens with a pompom, unicorn shocks note packs, branded Hotwheels Cars etc. The Works also have little craft sets for £1. If you are doing an order on something like Amazon, I got spy glasses for about £1.66. My nearly six year old also still loves things like bubbles in character tubes. Cheap sweets/ chocolate will soon lad it out.

For our stocking we take £15 per child and go mad in the Poundshop Smile my kids love it and it's a cheap way of filling it up with tat that only young children love
