Please help don’t know what toy is.

It’s a long shot but I’m hoping someone might be able to help me.
My six year old dd has written her Santa letter and put down.
Sunshine toy that you put your thumb in.
I’ve asked her to explain but she just says you will see it on Christmas morning!
I’ve googled lots and looked on eBay. Toy shops. I still have no idea what she’s looking for.

It’s not that blooper she says it’s an actual sunshine. We don’t have Channel 5 so it’s not the milkshake thing.

The only thing I can think of is perhaps a fidget spinner?

I think it's either Care Bears Funshine sing-along bear or Little Miss Sunshine singing bear.

I also think it could be a sun shaped squishy. I saw some cute ones in Hawkins Bazaar recently. Apologies, not sure how to link, but here it is - it’s very small with a flat back so you can stick it to a surface and poke it:
