M or F?

Xiaoxiong · 27/11/2018 23:19

Hand warmers were the first thing I thought of, maybe one of those wheat bags you warm up in the microwave as well. Or slippers with the fleece lining.

mrsdaz · 27/11/2018 23:19

Oops female sorry!

A fluffy soft hot water bottle.

Hubblebubbletripletrouble · 27/11/2018 23:22

Big cosy slipper socks? I’m always cold and I love these.

ThoughtForFood · 27/11/2018 23:24

Joules do really soft fluffy slipper socks that warm up my chilly feet beautifully before bed.

I second a hot water bottle! Glorious cosiness.

Phoenix76 · 27/11/2018 23:25

I thought hand warmers too, my sister is “cold” and loves them, you can get quite a few packs for £10, and the feet ones too.

Alanamackree · 27/11/2018 23:28

Wrist warmers.

Binglebong · 27/11/2018 23:30

I was given thick slipper socks (Elle ones) from someone as I was permanently freezing. Still the best ss I've ever had.

Justmuddlingalong · 27/11/2018 23:32

Really cosy, soft socks. Tk Maxx have a really good selection. You'll get a lovely pair or two for a tenner.

VanellopeVonSchweetz99 · 28/11/2018 04:29

I prefer the microwaveable hottie bags to hot water bottles, feels safer. DC and I have these, they're lovely: www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01AMT84ZG/ref=pe_3187911_189395841_TE_3p_dp_1?th=1&tag=mumsnetforum-21

Not sure that link works, on Amazon they're called: Heat Pack Cotton Tartan Microwave Wheat Bag 46cm long (Unscented, Turquoise).

Flambola · 28/11/2018 05:11

I bought my always cold Secret Santa colleague a USB heated shawl. Not sure how good it'll be though.

Mummyoflittledragon · 28/11/2018 05:59

As someone, who’s often cold, I love the heated shawl idea. It is over budget by 96p when including delivery. You’d spend more on that on petrol getting to a shop. eBay link

Alanamackree · 28/11/2018 06:42

Sheepskin insoles

Namedecisions · 28/11/2018 07:35

Does anyone have any suggestions for an always cold male in their 30’s please? They were bought hand warmers last year though so that’s out. Something they could use in an office environment maybe?? Thanks!

Shampaincharly · 28/11/2018 07:42

Wool socks . Thermal vest .
Thermal tights for female.

ShotsFired · 28/11/2018 07:44

Wrist warmers, as pp says. They are awesome at keeping you warm!
I am wearing mine as I type! (having left them on the radiator overnight so they were toasty when I put them on this morning!)

Shampaincharly · 28/11/2018 07:45

Finger less gloves.

Shampaincharly · 28/11/2018 07:51

Fancy coffee / tea cup flask thing .

ToastyFingers · 28/11/2018 11:34

I'm always cold and I love my massive soft blanket scarf. You can keep really warm with it out and about and then drape it over your shoulders when you get in.

Other people's houses are always way too cold for me and I'm too polite to say anything so it's like a portable and somewhat discreet blanket I can keep with me.

Lovemusic33 · 28/11/2018 12:48

I bought myself hand warmers yesterday in Lidl, I’m outdoors a lot and really find the cold, I also love my snood (from primark) and fluffy socks.

purplecorkheart · 28/11/2018 13:14

Might get an idea from this her.ie article www.google.ie/amp/s/www.her.ie/amp/life/girl-whos-always-freezing-5-gadgets-need-life-right-now-367845

AndThereSaw · 28/11/2018 13:16

Do they work on a computer?
If so: heated fingerless gloves powered by USB

Cutesbabasmummy · 28/11/2018 15:31

I'm always cold and I've had 6 bloody microwavable animals!!! And handwarmers are rubbish because when you've used them once you have to boil them to reactivate them.I'd go with slipper socks x
