The short (6") phone charging cables are quite useful when using a portable charger.

The extra long cables are also favourites in our house.

Both from AmazonBasics

Some good fillers here, useful/practical type things mostly www.m.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?sid=veryclevertogz&isRefine=true&_pgn=1

body scrub was recommended to me so got a couple. One will go in DD's stocking. Very cheap too. Mine are grown up and don't live at home/at uni.

Also:
mini 3 Lindt choc snowmen
Bamboo toothbrush
Mini bottles of booze?
Herbal tea?

Stumped for more so glad to see more ideas! Also determined to not give tat so it has to be useful or edible. I have included sheet masks in the past.

On the no-tat front, I'm getting recyclable tape and string from here. Seems a lot of people are doing the same this year!

Ooh, masks! Excellent idea. Dd would love those. Ds might also give one a go! 🙄

I have ds12 and ds16(almost 17)
What they are getting is:
Dark and white choc Toblerone (see previous thread!)
Socks
Gloves
Highlighters
Jelly beans
Chocolate orange
Key ring tools
Magnets for magnetic board
Luggage label (ds17 is off on a school trip)
Lynx deodorant
Mini toiletries
Box of riddles
Muc off spray (for bikes)
Giant coin

Adversecamber22 · 26/11/2018 11:55

In all honesty I think DS ideal one would be stuffed with cash and that’s it.

I’m going to put in favourite food items
Ear buds
Underwear and socks
Rechargeable batteries
Gold coins
Hair wax
Cinema tickets voucher
Shower gel
Photo frames for his cadet achievement certificates

Downarabbithole they have nice ones heree* - a bit unusual if you don't know the brands, I like Etude House Manuka honey masks. The Cosrx acne pimple patches are really good for any teenage (or adult) spots! Find via Produxts - Brands - Cosrx. They usually send a few sample sachets too. I have no interest in the company, but I've ordered from them before.

Thankyou. Will have a look
