6 year old who isn't really into toys!

I have a Dd will be 6 in November. She enjoys Lego friends stuff which she is getting in abundance for her bday but otherwise she's not really a toy kind of girl. She has tons anyway but nothing gets played with so I'm not that keen on adding to the pile of plastic.
I will get her another small Lego set, and her stocking fillers are no issue but I'm really short on other ideas.

What she does like is: writing stories, the idea of space - stars and planets etc, jigsaws (of which we have zillions!)

Some kind of activity like pottery classes?

You can get books you write yourself then send off to get bound etc. Amazon had them last year.

A moon light was also a popular gift from amazon last year- or the moon in your room light is lovely too.

She doesn’t need toys if she isn’t into them.

astronaut ice cream might be a nice stocking filler.
There are lovely children’s books for watching the night sky
And, not exactly a gift, but there’s an app for finding constellations with a tablet or phone.

My son has no interest in toys either, but can make almost anything (sugar sachets, domino bricks, tongue depressors from the GP, the counters from Connect4, Lego cards ... I could go on) into what he wants to play with. TBF he does have ASD. Being chivvied for ideas for things to buy him when we can't think of anything to buy ourselves has added to my stress at Christmas and birthdays and I'm horrified by the plastic mountain we now own.
I have given up and started asking for contributions towards holidays and trips. Family have had no problem with this, if anything they've been too generous. We have enough to go to Center Parcs now, which will make him happier than anything else I can think of.
