Non toy gifts for two year old

My third child will be 2 at Christmas.

We have so many toys that we've exhausted most of the go to presents - train set, toy kitchen, dolls house, baby and pram.

So we are probably going to get a wooden click clack track with the wooden cars as her toy gift.

But I need gift ideas that are not toys but will still excite a two year old.

My current list comprises of:

Balloons - blown up in a bin bag to shake out
Kids plate and bowl - probably Peppa pig
Cutlery set
Ball that boings when you bounce it

I need a few more ideas as my older two will notice if "Santa" leaves her less presents than the others (who are also on mostly non toy gifts as they have so much and play with bugger all).

Help!!!!!

My son is older but probably developmentally around two, he is having an umbrella for Christmas. He had one he loved but due to him not being particularly gentle it ended up broken. I have one put away for him for Christmas that was £2.99 from Aldi and is Paw Patrol themed, they did a couple of others but I can't remember which characters.

He has Paw Patrol themed fleece blankets and a character face pillow he loves and I think they are still reduced in Asda.

He also loves bags, I got him a Paw Patrol bag from eBay that has lights on it, it was very cheap and he was so excited by it.

Dress up clothing or accessories is usually popular with that age group.

The little toddler back packs, my DD was about 2 when she started carrying her own snacks and toys out and about, she was very proud of her lottle bumblebee backpack.

Dress up costumes
Some doll accessories like clothes, car seat, nappy bag and a pack of nappies.nappies
Something for her room, like wall stickers, new duvet, character cushion.

The gift tins of stickers/colouring/book and so on are quite nice. Best value if you get them on offer or you could put your own together, but something along those lines. Basically all things you'll use up, but will look like a bigger present on the day. Otherwise play doh or plastic cookie cutters? Favourite character socks or slippers might be an idea?

Loving this thread, too many toddlers in my life with too many toys! I'm going to use some of these ideas!

My son loved his own baking set when he'd just turned 3. I got him a mixing bowl, apron, teddy bear mould, rotary whisk, wooden spoon, cookie cutters, icing pens, cake cases, silver balls/sprinkles etc, food colouring, choc chips. He loved it.
Are there character things she would like that you don't already have? Jigsaws, books, that type of thing. I always think play doh is a good toy it gets played with a lot and have a few sets is fine. Art stuff as well as it gets used up!
