I've got into the habit of getting a new Christmas cook book every year. So far I have: Nigellas, Jamie's, Delias, Gordon Ramsey, hairy bikers....

Does anyone have any recommendations of any other ones that are good?

I think the best one I have at the moment is Nigellas 🎄

There was a HUGE thread on this last year and it was amazing, I'll try and find the link later but there's loads. Your wallet will not thank you, but your tummy will😁😁😁

Oh god. Every year this thread gets me again.

I got Nigel Slater's Christmas Chronicles last year. It's a very pleasant read in the run up to christmas, as well as having nice recipes. I'd recommend it.

The Irish Countrywomens' Association one is good as well, for nostalgia, especially if you're Irish.

Aside from that, Nigella and Jamie are my absolute favourites, though to be honest, I generally get my christmas recipes online. The books are just for reading on rainy November sundays in front of the fire.

Ooh I'll have a look at Nigel Slaters, I'm the same mainly use online recipes but like flicking through the books for inspiration!

Elizabeth David on Christmas. “If I had my way, and I shan’t, I would”. I love it and she has some great ideas, too. Darina Allen is always practical. Aust Women’s Weekly for recipes, craft and carols.
