When do they typically start taking orders?

And want, not want want. Sigh.

I'm not in London! Is it still possible?

Also is there a minimum M+S order?

NoWordForFluffy · 25/08/2018 22:08

Booths are proper northern (mostly in Lancs / the Lakes / Yorks). But yes, Booths deliver nationwide.

I don't think there's a minimum M&S order. It does tend to be aimed at those who are catering for the masses though (as are most of the Christmas food offerings).

SneakyGremlins · 25/08/2018 22:14

I'll have you know I can eat more than three people's worth of food in one sitting.

Ooh! I'm northern! not by birth

NoWordForFluffy · 25/08/2018 22:19

I'm also not by birth northern! I'm just about acclimatised now, after a decade! 😂

I lived in Germany as a young child and I miss the Christmas markets so much.

NoWordForFluffy · 25/08/2018 22:22

I imagine the ones here feel like a poor copy?

SneakyGremlins · 25/08/2018 22:24

The Manchester one is decent. But that's all.

Plus I speak German so I don't come across as "tourist" so I can barter Wink

I'd pay lots of money for a German Christmas hamper. Lebkuchen, Spekulatzius, Butterplätzchen

Lokisglowstickofdestiny · 25/08/2018 22:25

Won't be using them this year. Went to collect our order in store last year and they hadn't bothered putting half the items in. Mad scrabble in the back of the store to find the stuff and the gravy was vile.

NoWordForFluffy · 25/08/2018 22:25

Sounds like a marketing idea!
