When do they typically start taking orders?

Also is there a minimum M+S order?

Booths are proper northern (mostly in Lancs / the Lakes / Yorks). But yes, Booths deliver nationwide.

I don't think there's a minimum M&S order. It does tend to be aimed at those who are catering for the masses though (as are most of the Christmas food offerings).

I'll have you know I can eat more than three people's worth of food in one sitting.

I lived in Germany as a young child and I miss the Christmas markets so much.

I'd pay lots of money for a German Christmas hamper. Lebkuchen, Spekulatzius, Butterplätzchen

Won't be using them this year. Went to collect our order in store last year and they hadn't bothered putting half the items in. Mad scrabble in the back of the store to find the stuff and the gravy was vile.

Sounds like a marketing idea!
