I am thinking of getting her an hatchimal thing.

Is it worth the price? I am worried it will be a one minute wonder but I have done a lot of over time so can increase my budget a bit more.

I am slightly concerned about the amount of slime which will be in my house Xmas morning Grin

Passthecake30 · 05/12/2017 22:18

Dd hasn't really played with her hatchimal at all since her bday. Plus we needed to get sent a replacement as the first one didn't "hatch" so that was a bit stressful.

Sallystyle · 05/12/2017 22:25

Yeah, I think that could happen here. I want to buy her a kind of big present but all she asks for is bits and bobs.

I looked at the giant LOL doll but that is super expensive for tiny little dolls.

Back to the drawing board.

CappuccinoCake · 05/12/2017 22:28

books, Lego, camera. Books.

duriandurian · 06/12/2017 06:18

U2 if budget permits then have a look at instax. Films are ruinously expensive but very fun.
Or Selphy which prints from wifi devices

Anyone whobhasnt got their girl "Goodnight stories for rebel girls" really should. I object slightly to the title but it's a book full of women in history and amazing things they've done.

Tinkhasflown · 06/12/2017 14:12

Our Generation diner and doll here.

yasmin05 · 06/12/2017 14:14

Maybe a keyboard piano. She's starting to like playing this but always barrows from her friend.
