Really need some inspiration especially as DD doesn't have any of her own ideas to guide me!

Nearly 7 DD has asked for Littlest Pet Shop figures, LEGO friends set, various Barbies, toy horses (well she asked for a real horse too...!), a massive teddy.

She's not getting the Littlest Pet shop figures (she'll get them for her birthday in Feb instead) or the LEGO friends unless I can find something second hand cheap because she said that after I already bought her presents but she's getting a skateboarding Barbie, a Barbie set with furniture and whatnot, a stable play set with two horses, the massive teddy, a couple of other soft toys (one is a cow with great big udders that made me laugh) and 'girl boxers' and OH got her a few things too that I can't remember. I had planned on getting her some books too from book depository but am strapped for cash now so that might have to wait until her birthday.

Dd1 (6 nearly 7) will be getting:
Y scooter
Playmobil pyramid
Lol giant ball
Design a friend doll
Jump In game
Lots of books
Nerf gun
Panda onesie
Dinosaur t-shirt with her name on
Magic set
Spy kit with walkie talkies
Lego friends hot air balloon
Blo pens set

FoxInABox · 03/12/2017 21:44

My dd 7 is craft mad, she has asked for the crayola tub of colour, silly scents pens, slime diy factory, fingerling, an art case, jewellery making set, and the beauty & the beast tea set & jewellery box. I’m also getting her an echo dot for her bedroom (mainly so she will leave mine alone!).

BayeauxT · 03/12/2017 22:36

My DD 6 has asked for a My Generation doll (the one with long hair that you can plait etc), a kiddizoom action cam, Gooey Louie game (bleurgh), a Lego Friends set and a scratch art book. She’s getting everything via Santa/us/Gran/Big Sis - but not Gooey Louie - although I may reconsider if it comes down in price (I refuse to spend £20 on bogeys!). In her stocking are a torch, wonder woman t-shirt, hair clips, mini beanie boo, and book

Getting loads of ideas. This is fantastically helpful!

Blo pens are another thing I've never heard of that I think she'd like!

Smiggle I have heard of... we have some of that tat very lovely stationery already!

She has my old iPad for watching things / playing games and she has use of my laptop for her homework so I'm not keen on any more screens.

I wondered about a little live pet toy because she'd mentioned a 'toy hamster'.

I made it up myself in an old briefcase from eBay, which I stuck a "top secret" decal on. I've put in walkie talkies, a pen recorder, a door alarm kit, a finger print kit, night vision goggles, and a couple of books about codes and spycraft.

It cost about £25 in total but my dds will share it.
