A Christmas Cornucopia by Annie Lennox?

December 1st meant it had to be listened to, DCs dancing round the room to it. And dare I admit to getting a bit emotional with it too.

What are your favorites?

What else might I enjoy? I like Libera and keep meaning to listen more to the Swingle Singers and Pentatonix (I adore the latter's version of Hallelujah).

Maybe This Christmas Tree is a good quirky compilation.

Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Perry Como and Nat King Cole are the soundtrack to my childhood Christmases - thanks Dad.

Nat King Cole singing O Holy Night is just heavenly.

My favourite's A Charlie Brown Christmas by Vince Guaraldi, it is so nostalgic and evocative.

It's a Holiday Soul Party by Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings is a favourite here at the moment.

Gwen Sefani came on the spottily Christmassy thing I was listening to earlier and I loved it - one of her new ones. I just assumed it was years old. Have now downloaded this album & all the other recs for Saturday's party!!
