What's your favourite cocktail/alcohol for Christmas time?

I am not much of a drinker but wanted to make some interesting cocktails for Christmas.

What are your favourites for the festive season?

Sparkling white with Kings ginger liqueur. Delicious but lethal.

Ooh - the Kings Ginger Liqueur sounds nice- wondering if you could do a mash up between that and a classic champagne. Is the Ginger liqueur sweet or dry?

My fav cocktail for all times is cosmopolitan, but this year I want to try smth special. Thanks for the ideas!
