A slim Christmas tree?

We've got a tiny house and also extra bits in the lounge this year due to new baby arriving soon.
I need to finish it and have it all ready within the next couple of weeks as I can't imagine having the time to do Christmas decorations etc with a tiny baby and toddler.

We don't have room for a floor standing Christmas tree. But I also don't want one of those teeny tiny 30cm ones.
We have a deep set windowsill we could potentially put a very very slim tree on it, it can reach up to 120cm but again would have to be extremely slim. I've looked online but can't find anything.
I also wouldn't mind considering more "decorations" rather than an actual green tree.

Has anyone come across one or seen something similar sounding?

Ooooo that looks cute!
Is it tinsel?

And how wide is it at the bottom if you don't mind me being nosey?

I've seen them before but they seemed really sparse and lots of wires were visible but this one looks nice.

You can get half Christmas trees that sit flush against the wall but look like a normal tall tree from the front

It says the width is 330 mm
