Hamper ideas for weight loss?

The title might be misleading but didn't know what else to call it!

I'm doing hampers for everybody this year, and my DP's mum has lost an incredible amount of weigh this year (10 stone!). Slimming World before anyone asks!

She desperately needs new clothes as she's very reluctant to buy herself anything new so lives in enormous t-shirts, so I'll be getting her some clothes shop vouchers, but does anyone have any other ideas of things with a nod to her weight loss? Everyone else has booze and treats in theirs so I'm particularly struggling with hers. Thanks!

I would focus on non food treats mostly then. Maybe a spa day instead of a hamper or a treat yourself bubble bath/candle/cd type hamper if she is into that kind of thing?
Or tickets somewhere that she could dress up for to go to?

How about a day with a stylist or something? To allow her to make the most of her new body?
Has she gone completely off alcohol or can she still enjoy a nice gin?
Maybe ask in the food and drink if there are some particularly nice treats that are low syns?

Come over to the slimming world board and we will give advice 😉 I would say clothes vouchers, some nice jewellery and accessories m, pampering bits and loads of fruit especially the "speed" fruit.

Hand cream, face mask, a pedometer maybe? Perfume, slipper socks, magazines (not slimming world necessarily), hot choc sachets,

Can I be controversial and suggest not completely avoiding food & booze?

Obviously you know what she'll appreciate .... but just because she's lost a load of weight, doesn't mean she needs or wants to avoid the treats you're getting everyone else. She'll possibly (depends on her) still enjoy fizz or chocolate or whatever ..... but in moderation, which is only what everyone else will do.

Personalise it to everyone's preferences, but rather than go no-food for hers only, can you put the clothes vouchers or spa products or whatever in to everyone else's too?

Sorry .... it's just a pet-hate of mine that people (read : my mother!) assume I can't eat or drink something because I'm losing weight 😂 I don't want to avoid chocolate for the rest of my life, just learn what moderation means!!

I agree I'd put a nice bottle of her fav alcohol in there, assuming she drinks.

Some quality dark chocolate she can really enjoy. Small cheese bits with crackers and fruit if it won't spoil then add extra bits, bath bombs, bubble baths whatever she enjoys really.

Depending on what she eats you could also add some nice jars of chutney, jam, marmalade just for her.

Christmas is a great time to have a munch and some wine, in moderation or without. :)

To those so said spa day and bath stuff that's what I did for her birthday just gone! Although she did love it - might be an easy one to just sent her again!

She's not a big drinker but thank you to posters who made me realise how frustrating it must be when people assume you can't have any treats! I might get her some nice hot chocolate and a mug or something.

If she likes dark choc thats a nice treat and not as bad when dieting. Also the atkins shake and treat range is good aswell as diabetic stuff from boots. There are a couple of websites if you google sugar free sweets or low carb food.

Perhaps a healthy eating cook book or some things she really enjoys that wont knock a hole in the diet?

I bought my dad shakes and treats when he did atkins and he loved it
