Dsd has everything I can think of. She has a bike, scooter, kindle fire and she uses our iPad. We got a barbie house, dolls and tonnes of arts and crafts. I really have no ideas and she has a December birthday Hmm anyone any similar aged girls with any ideas?

Dd got an iPod when she was 7. It was a great hit and is still enjoyed now almost 2 years on. We got it from John Lewis and added the extra protection for the 2 years for £20. Well spent as it has just been away getting a new screen.

My 7 year old DTs are just getting to the stage of really wanting to choose clothes when we go shopping. For my older DD's birthday (age 10) I have bought her a gift voucher for our local shopping centre and will take her shopping to buy whatever she wants - it'll be mostly clothes and then some paperchase bits and pieces I would think. I can really see my DTs loving the idea and asking for the same for Christmas. So often we go shopping and they pick stuff out and I say no because it's not practical or they don't need it so I think they'd love to have cash to buy whatever they wanted with no veto from me!!!

Would zoo membership be any good? I.e. do you love near one

Some little bits could be lush bath bombs, Lego friends set, some bits from paperchase, Claire's accessories etc, some books.

Bigger gifts in unsure though but then does they have to be a big gift

They are all in her room and light has just gone off Iam but am posting to remind me to check for you in the morning. The one she gets is great and always has a decent gift with it.
