Christmas gift for a Buddhist?

Help. I'd like to buy a gift for a lady who has been exceptionally helpful to me recently. She is about 60 and a Buddhist which I know very little about.
Anyone have any good ideas. She's not a shallow person (like me ) and everything I've thought of so far seems far too shallow. To the point that I fear she's going to scoff (she's really very nice so very unlikely to do this) at my commercial vulgarity.

I don't know what size clothing she wears so clothing is out unless it's accessories of some sort.

Buddhists don't really 'scoff' at anything. They genuinely are grateful for anything gifted to them.

I would go for a nice scarf (chiffon/silky type rather than woolly) or perhaps a nice dressy pair of gloves but not made of animal products.

Plants are often well received too, does she have a garden?

Sounds like my dsis op! You in london? She likes most things, chocs etc, but I found out what she doesn't need are Buddhism related gifts-she has plenty. Big hits have been luxury socks as it gets cold on retreat, warm shawls or a hat for the same reason, natural scented candles,

Edibles, drinkables, digital bool or music?

A nice small gift and a charity donation I'm in her name?

I wondered if Buddhists didn't drink alcohol and didn't eat chocolates. I like the idea of a wrap. I've seen a lovely silk, cashmere and linen one that I can imagine her wearing. So I think I may get that. (It will also be cheap to post. )

A hamper for her to take/donate to a buddhist monastery? (If she visits one - the ones in aware of have a list of food and basic household bits that they could use).

I'm a minimalist so probably have some similar views to Buddhists regarding gifts - anything consumerable (chocolate, naice biscuits with cheese etc. Not booze), plants or flowers, or a gift voucher for a restaurant or coffee shop or afternoon tea etc. Something that can enjoyed but does not clutter space is appreciated.
