As per the title really. There's always one of these threads but I can't seem to find it this year though please point me in the direction if it does exist.

The Amazon Dash button... For Durex Grin

MyPatronusIsABadger · 29/11/2016 23:17

An Alan Paine jacket, the new call of duty Xbox game and a Molton brown gift set with shower gel and aftershave (hmmm, all of which were reduced then bought with codes and discounts!)
He'll get a stocking with work aftershaves which are cheaper high street ones e.g. M&S or t k max deals, sweets, socks, etc.
Oh and an elf leaves him new pjs, a whiskey and shirt/jumper to wear on Christmas day!

I'm getting DH

A Windcheater jacket
Touch screen gloves
Character socks
A dash cam for his car
A windscreen mount
Form Cards pack of 3
A gaming headset
A crate of his favourite beer from Czech Republic

Pluto30 · 30/11/2016 04:34

Got him Guns N' Roses tickets back in September. That's his Christmas present (he doesn't know I got them).

biglips · 30/11/2016 09:19

what is a form cards???

Ginseng1 · 30/11/2016 09:21

Amazon Echo - he's been dropping hints for weeks & got £30 off on Black Friday.

Bex107 · 30/11/2016 09:34

My hard-to-buy-for DH has got:
A Garmin Vivoactive HR fitness tracker thingy
Swim shorts
Guy Martin & Tim Peake books
Port
And the most gorgeous little book to be from DS - it's from notonthehighstreet and it's all personalised, so special!

Bambooshoots14 · 30/11/2016 09:40

Got some ideas off an old one of these treads so I've rented him 6 Chablis vines that we will then go on a holiday to collect the 6 bottles we get in the package

Also a book on forraging mushrooms as we've recently moved to the country and DH thinks he's farmer Jones

Bambooshoots14 · 30/11/2016 09:46

Just followed form cards link and still none the wiser?!

MrsJamin · 30/11/2016 10:13

Really recommend these Chipolos - they are little electronic tags you can put on stuff you're likely to use - and you use an app to press when you've lost your keys, wallet, etc and it beeps. Very clever and my DH really liked them for his birthday. They are on sale today.

bookbook · 30/11/2016 10:24

My DH is really hard to buy for , he tends to buy what he wants, so we tend to do minimal here.
I have bought formcards - bits of 'stuff' you warm up to form around anything to do a short term mend - re-useable.
He's asked for the Haynes manual for the car , so DD is getting that .
In the past I have bought him this, which has proved a hit long term swiss army card and last year a Japanese kitchen knife which he loves !

ChimpyChops · 30/11/2016 15:21

A new nespresso coffee machine, his is old and worn out and he has been after one for a few months. The hard part is stopping him buying one before Christmas!
So far he also has an A-team lego dimensions pack and a set of Beano playing cards. Going to do him a stocking of small things to open like chocolate, whiskey, socks etc.

ACubed · 30/11/2016 15:24

Hey nice ideas all , especially those tags for finding lost items. I've got my partner a years subscription to Nature, as he's always trying to get on the website and moaning about it being subscription only, plus a book he mentioned a few months back, and some ales.

Zaphodsotherhead · 30/11/2016 21:05

Owl calendar (he likes owls)
Formcards
Mouldable glue (Sugru or something like that)
Card game
Might get him a book or something too.
He only wears Lynx, cheapo shop undies and socks, is fussy about food and doesn't really read, so I'm at a bit of a loss.
