I have my Christmas Pudding happily lounging in the pantry from last Christmas (I made 2 last year) so hopefully , its ok.
If its covered in mould, I will weep.
Last year there were 8 of us (6 adults + 2 DC) the pudding got eaten.
This year, its 2 adults+ 2 DC so it won't all go, but I'm planning (if its safe) to take some to my DParents.
How do I go about this?
Can I cook it then keep half, cool it and wrap in foil/paper to transport.
Or should I just cut some off, push it into a smaller bowl and steam that for us; then take the rest to cook at my DParents?
They won't mind that it won't be ]pudding shaped' it'll taste the same.
. They're nearly 80 so I don't want to risk poisoning them........
