I have been real life shopping today and I went in the Salvation Army charity shop. Amongst their new stock were really sweet Heart and Home Christmas themed candle sets and they were dirt cheap. I bought a pack of 4 individually wrapped votive candles for just £3.49.

They are really nice quality soy candles and there were lots of different shapes, sizes and scents to choose from.

I'm sitting here watching Home Alone with ds2 while dh and ds1 are watching sport. He's roaring with laughter and bouncing around with glee at the antics on screen despite having seen it several times already... Unfortunately he conked his head really badly yesterday at school and now has a large purple egg with a large gash through it on his forehead and is supposed to be having a really quiet, still weekend so it's not really helping very much. Hey ho at least he's being distracted.

I second the snowman 3 pack of bath bombs in the Original Factory shop for £1.50, perfect for kids AND adults as they are genderless I also found normal-orange sized bath bombs in 4 scents in Home Bargains for 59p down from a pound.

Been to B & M today and bought a lovely yankee candle large one simply home frosted vanilla for 7.99! smells gorgeous also bought a glass lantern with father christmas painted on it with a candle sitting under it very yankee candleish for 2.99!! Also Wilkinson have the most prettiest Reindeer snowman white teddy bear and Santa soft toys for 3;50 honestly they were beautiful
