bits not butts!

Pengweng · 08/11/2016 08:23

I emailed them about my red goody bag and they said it had been processed on the 12th oct and to allow 28 days for delivery. So if it's not here by the end of the week I will be emailing them again.

Pengweng · 08/11/2016 08:24

Meant to put that i ordered the magazine about a week before that so they seem to be a week behind with processing the gifts.

Vistaverde · 08/11/2016 08:24

For those still waiting for their Good Housekeeping bowls I have received the following email from Hearst this morning:-

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, your gift will arrive with you later than expected. As soon as your gift has been despatched we will send you another email. Please accept our sincere apologies, as we endeavour to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

I'm just hoping they will arrive before Christmas or otherwise I might need a plan B for my sister.

Don't know if it's already been mentioned but Tesco had lots of smelly sets half price in store yesterday. Lynx sets were £3.25

Shoesarethebaneofmylife · 08/11/2016 09:13

Was someone looking for play food for a toy kitchen?
m&d fridge food £6 off with a lightening deal.

Shoesarethebaneofmylife · 08/11/2016 09:14

And I saw on hduk about being able to get ice age 4 free on sky buy and keep. You can download the film on your box and you also get the DVD - which you can give to someone as a present.

steppemum · 08/11/2016 09:30

large playmobile house - we used to have one and yes, it did keep coming apart, bits getting knocked off etc.
We got rid in the end and dd2 got a wooden house from Asda for about £10 ina sale! It is much better.

But, to be honest, since she inherited the sylvanian house from her cousin, everythign else is ignored.

Mathletics and tablets - I don't have a tablet, so I am reporting this second hand. It think the issue is you can play the website, but not do the specific items set for the class by the school. It may be the other way round. It may also now have been fixed!

Strawberryfield12 · 08/11/2016 09:31

Frozen butts Grin reminds of last years Burts butts.

DubiousCredentials · 08/11/2016 09:40

Good deal on Lego Dimensions at Argos. The starter packs are all reduced - some are half price and all the accessory packs are three-for-two. Here

loveliesbleeding1 · 08/11/2016 09:53

Thank you voldermort I saw gift sets online, but wasn't sure if they were in store.

mammyaroundmadness · 08/11/2016 09:56

I have a 6 year old shopkin loving little girl to buy for. Do not know which ones she has so was looking for a more general shopkins gift. Can anyone recommend anything please budget £10

Many thanks

Wait4nothing · 08/11/2016 09:57

Yeah the sky free buy and keep is good - we got Kung fu panda last year and I've just done ice age 4 this morning - no catch - even delivered free.

LookMaAStone · 08/11/2016 09:59

Furby connect are half price at Argos at the moment £99 down to £49.99

OhHolyFuck · 08/11/2016 10:00

Just phoned Hearst over the red goody bag and they were a bit vague tbh - said they'd 'look into it' and send another one out or something of a similar value today so expect something in 7-10 days

SymphonyofShadows · 08/11/2016 10:00

The Cornerstone set arrived yesterday. It looks very nice, especially for £14. The £10 off voucher is if you start a plan, so I don't think there is any subscription to cancel

loveliesbleeding1 · 08/11/2016 10:16

Thank you shoes, downloading right this second.

PixieMiss · 08/11/2016 10:18

Debenhams sale starts today. 10% and more off their beauty products and 25%+ off gifts.

HungryHorace · 08/11/2016 10:22

Speaking of Debenhams, nobody has taken my 10% extra discount code yet. Would anybody like it (it's single use)?

HungryHorace · 08/11/2016 10:26

DD (3) wants a doll. I'm assuming something like a Baby Born. Has anyone got a recommendation for this type of doll and knows where to get it cheaply (I thought I'd bloodybfonidhed buying!)?

HungryHorace · 08/11/2016 10:26

That's 'bloody finished'. Stupid phone.

Blu123 · 08/11/2016 10:27

HungryHorace I'd love your 10% debenhams code please!

Needafiltercoffee · 08/11/2016 10:27

goldielookingchain I got my North Face coat last winter from millets.co.uk they do have a small sale at the moment plus an extra 10% off if you spend over £80 with code EXPLORE10. Agree best best is an outlet village but like me, you might not be near one..great coats by the way - sooo warm!

GiraffeAHolic · 08/11/2016 10:31

FallenSky: I've got dd the Asda wooden kitchen for her birthday (Christmas Day) and ordered a wooden toaster, coffee machine and food mixer to go with it from netpricedirect on Amazon only about £8 each and look lovely. I think I saw a pan set in Argos for £10 too.

Haudyerwheesht · 08/11/2016 10:32

Does anyone know if you can get the Pokemon sun and moon games for older ds? Ds (as in dear son!) has a DS XL but it's a good few years old...
