Has anyone seen a Peroni lager gift set anywhere? Under £10/15 if possible.

Thanks to everyone for sharing bargains, this thread makes me feel so Christmassy!

Sunshine1509 · 07/11/2016 14:32

Does anyone know if the Tesco voucher boost will be back? I save my points all year for the November statement so that I can double up for toys and it doesn't seem to be running this year Angry

Unluckycat1 · 07/11/2016 14:36

Welsh did you order advent calendars? I wonder if that was a deal too many Grin I'd like to know soon please playmobil! If It was I'll head down to Smiths!

DubiousCredentials · 07/11/2016 14:39

Tesco aren't doing the voucher boost anymore Sunshine.

There were cool HP pyjamas in Primark when DD and I were browsing yesterday - also lots of other character ones in the women's section, so good for teens - we got mermaid ones for DD (10yo, but 13-14yo sized).

Unfortunately no Ravenclaw (or any other houses other than Griffindor) ones, otherwise I would have got them for DNiece.

winewolfhowls · 07/11/2016 14:47

My playmobil is due to be delivered before 4 today but I didn't get an email from playmobil , just a text from the delivery company

AmyMumsnet · 07/11/2016 14:49

Thanks so much to the poster who said about temptation gifts! Got the Yankee candles I needed as well as something for me and dm

Bonnylassie · 07/11/2016 15:05

My 4 year has this on the back of her islabike but asked us to take it off as it made her bike hard to ride. I just think she needs to grow a bit and then we can put it back on for her. www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00ILPCA5Y/ref=mp_s_a_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1478530982&sr=8-5&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=doll+seat+for+kids+bike&dpPl=1&dpID=416ksq9Oa8L&ref=plSrch

Speaking of outlets, not sure if it's common knowledge (but it wasn't to me until I went with a friend) but if you're planning a trip to Cheshire Oaks then if you go on their website and sign up to be a member for free then they get an extra 10% off in most of the shops. They'll send you an email (within minutes) and when you arrive you go and pick your discount card up which is date stamped, from the information centre. The only shops I came across that it didn't work were m&s and next and something that was already mega discounted in gap.

Oh, and there's a superdry outlet there too.

SpareTheRod · 07/11/2016 15:15

Many thanks to Strawberryfield and Sitsonfence for the Pure Cashmere £10 off voucher (XMASTREAT) and the 15% discount code. I have one of their gorgeous cashmere scarves and have now bought another one for my lovely MIL.

Can anyone refer me to Lost My Name, please?

Shoesarethebaneofmylife · 07/11/2016 15:22

Melissa and Doug sandwich set on alightning deal right now.
£10-74, but only for another 40 minutes.

LookMaAStone · 07/11/2016 15:43

Marymagdelene I was looking for the kidkraft everyday heroes for weeks. ELC used to sell it but have changed now to something similar but smaller for £100. It's called a wooden rescue centre I think. I've been waiting for it to come in there sale but no luck so far. They were selling off the original kidkraft one for £85 but are now out of stock. I was at my local mothercare last week and stuffed down in a corner was the kidkraft one at the reduced £85! I couldn't believe it I've been searching for it cheaper for weeks now. I had a birthday club voucher too so I paid £68! Best bargain this year. Anyway, long story short might be worth asking in an ELC store to see if they have any lurking in their stockroom somewhere.

LookMaAStone · 07/11/2016 15:48

Mary forgot to add if you do a google shopping search for the kidkraft one there are a few places selling it for £98-99 so could be worth signing up to their newsletters and hope for a discount voucher.

IAmAPaleontologist · 07/11/2016 15:55

Well I just bought a couple on non bargain books for ds2 so I added the job lot of advent calendars to get the free postage. So that makes them even more of a bargain right? They are just for the food bank, I put some in every Christmas and thought when I saw them this morning that it would be rude not to.

RoastieToastieReastie · 07/11/2016 16:03

Definitely rude not to paleontologist

ChristmasEvePJs · 07/11/2016 16:23

Thanks for the Superdrug make up tip. Got MUA stuff for dd (£12 from £17 plus two free pompom keyrings worth £2.99 each).

ShmooBooMoo · 07/11/2016 16:26

These are adorable, really great quality for the price (£6 each) and a decent size for little stocking fillers (a Christmas Elf and a Santa one) :

HungryHorace · 07/11/2016 16:58

I was in Tesco earlier and they have a load of Baylis and Harding gift sets T half price. Some looked lovely (though DD (3) told me I didn't need anything which meant I couldn't get a good look at it all!). There was definitely a big sequinned star box of goodies for £20 instead of £40. Might be worth a look if people are interested in that kind of thing. Smile

confuugled1 · 07/11/2016 16:59

icelemon Costco had a peroni set in - 6 bottles in a round cooler with a couple of peroni glasses and I think a bottle opener, all in a hat box. Probably £15-20 from memory.

perditalost · 07/11/2016 17:27

A long shot I know, but does anyone know if Pokémon go plus is likely to be back in stock again any time soon?

I have a used once or twice one that I can send you- drop me a pm.

SpareTheRod · 07/11/2016 17:34

I now have the referral to Lost My Name that I was looking for - thanks all

Just realised probably sounds a bit nutty. I am a 50 year old professional woman who spent a summer holiday playing Pokemon go. My DH bought me the go plus as a joke. It has been on my desk since then. Not sure if I have the box still and I did make it into the bracelet but if a child wants it then I am very happy to post it. Didn't realise they were hard to get
