Please everyone be very wary of using "Soak & Sleep".

I used them last Christmas and they fucked up my order at literally every stage, culminating in my telephoning them on December 23rd to ask why my order (which I'd paid extra to have expedited) still hadn't arrived and they said "oh whoops, it's just sitting here, we'll send it now" ; it then arrived on Christmas Eve (thanks to my reminding them to, y'know, send it) with MIL's present just not in the box so I had nothing to give her. It turned out that they no longer sold the item (although they accepted my order for it and charged me) but at no point in the exhausting days-long relay of phone calls with them did anybody notice or tell me, so I would have had a single shred of an opportunity to get something else. Even if they'd told me at 9pm on the 23rd I'd have been able to dash out and get her something, and even that immense inconvenience wouldn't have been as bad as just not having anything to give her. It was the single worst, most exhausting experience I've ever had with any company, and although their customer service team were nice enough, the total, all-round incompetence at every single stage from order to delivery was staggering.

Was it actually only 3 or 4 days of Christmas then?
