Do you have one?

Mine is very eclectic, but Jewel colours feature heavily, with a few odd hanging decorations I gave the children when they were little like fluffy snowmen and reindeer.

I would love to have a different theme or colour each year, but I think my DH would disown me!

Following on similar threads in previous years I tried to develop a transport theme because I had some lovely card aeroplane decorations and a very cool tin tram. But my new felt taxis and wildly expensive vintage sailing ships just didn't have the magic. Tried too hard, I suppose Sad

Love this thread.

Ours is opulence Grin no theme on tree but my own Nutcracker version perhaps I do adore it and try and weave it in, so about five mini nutcrackers and some ballet figures but then there is also little animals...enchanted winter woodland? The figures can then be back grounded with either red accessories - ribbons, and tinsel ( Shock) or blue...

I like my tree to look like Christmas vomited on it.

Mine has no plastic (except for the tree itself which is fake) so all the decorations are felt/wood/glass/metal - do wouldn't let me have a colour scheme but I do have a specific range of colours (but enough to trick him) including red, white, pink and teal - there are quite a lot of browns due to the different materials too. Oh and only white (plastic) lights (though dh decorated a tree outside with flashing blue lights to get even!)
