Rosa they email you to say thanks for referring Smile

Mummy oh I didn't mean that, I was just impressed Smile

Trumpton · 31/08/2016 17:14

I have just done an order from Studio.co.uk and using code 012 reduced the order cost from £87.62 to £25.32 with free P&P .

Worth a look.

Thanks smurfy, no one used it in that case. If anyone has any hairy relatives left I would be very grateful!

RaeSkywalker · 31/08/2016 17:32

Lunar, I've just used your Cornerstone link, thank you!

If anyone is still razorless, here's my referral link:

FeelingSmurfy · 31/08/2016 17:35

Rosa I think it took about 12 hours for me to get the email Smile

Trumpton hope it worked for you, but someone up thread did say they used a code which looked like it worked online but statement came and it hadn't. Not sure if they got it resolved

RaeSkywalker · 31/08/2016 17:39

Also thanks to woodwaj for the reindeer game suggestion on page 1! I have ordered 4 as stocking fillers for all the silly grown-ups in my life Grin

Lunar1 · 31/08/2016 17:40

Thank you Rae.

Lunar1 · 31/08/2016 17:43

I got my Pokemon teddies from he links page, they are brilliant quality. Also got my eBay Pokemon wrist bands, and more digi pets than I realised I ordered! My present drawer just became drawers!!

woodwaj · 31/08/2016 17:46

No problems Rae 😁

OhHolyFuck · 31/08/2016 17:49

I'm jealous of all your razor buying - I have no men to buy for... Ds1 (5) is probably a bit little right?!
Hoping I get a bloke in works secret Santa

OhHolyFuck · 31/08/2016 17:49

I mean a bloke to buy a present for, not one as a present!

ValiumQueen · 31/08/2016 17:52

Can I join your SS OhHolyFuck? Grin

neddle · 31/08/2016 17:55

Don't think anyone used my code yet :(

Some things I received this week:

Train set where you make your own track from recycled paper. Sounds like a great idea as you'll never run out of track and you can replace damaged ones. Comes with moulds and kit to make the track and the train.

Rescue a Yeti. I saw someone mention this further up thread and I ordered this one, Bigfoot, Dragon and Unicorn for my kid's stockings. Fairly small, but click through to other sellers for cheaper prices.

Birthday cake tea set My son got a toy kitchen for Christmas 15 and still plays with it lots. Got this set to keep the interest going this year.

Footballer sellotape dispenser got this for my son who's mad about football. Something different that's not another ball etc.

Dh keeps looking at me weird every time a packet turns up and I say it's for Christmas.
Bear in mind though, that we have 5 children and birthdays started 2 days ago and are every few weeks now til Christmas.

itmustbemyage · 31/08/2016 18:00

This my first year on the Christmas threads and I wanted to thank all the pp's, however did I manage Christmas shopping before ( paid a lot more that's for sure). I do a couple of extra gift packages each year for a local charity Giving Tree and thanks to you lot I have not saved a penny, but have been able to buy much nicer gifts for two children within my usual budget ready for nearer Christmas. I've never been so organised with family presents either. Looking forward to spending many more years with you all. First grandchild Christmas next year, bit unexpected but there you go, so there will be no stopping me next year.

FeelingSmurfy · 31/08/2016 18:01

That train set looks weirdly amazing, would love to know if it works, wish there were reviews for it

Kerrierr · 31/08/2016 18:04

MaryJPoppins · 31/08/2016 18:35

Great idea for getting razor for secret Santa. It is a shame my team refuse to let us pull names any earlier than Dec 1st! Angry

BaBaBaBoomBoom · 31/08/2016 18:39

Here's mine if there's anyone left on MN needing to buy a razor!

Questionsquestionsquestions · 31/08/2016 18:42

Too late for most of us (or for me anyway as it didn't occur to me!), but you can go through TCB for Cornerstone and get 15%!

Pinkladymel · 31/08/2016 18:46

Ive just used LastLights referral link... please please PLEASE with a cherry on top will someone use mine? I always seem to get skipped over... perils of being short 😂

TheImprobableGirl · 31/08/2016 18:49

I want a razor ahem, in your bargain-hunter-y opinion, would it be best to make the most of this stationery sale in the next week or so before school starts and get craft bits or to wait and get bits off amazon as and when? (Making up a craft tower for dd's birthday, out of one of those plastic storage trolley things and heaps of colours, card, tissue, stencils, scissors etc)

Also.... I need a bargainous MacBook Air Sad

Debating whether to bother brand new from Amazon (£760) or to go for a Grade A 2nd hand from CEX (£575)

LastLight · 31/08/2016 18:51

Thanks both :)
