As with previously, if I have missed a link you think would be good on the list please post on here or message me. Also if a link doesn't work anymore or an offer is no longer standing please flag it up by telling me in bold .

Firefly has reported the dates for the Sainsburys 25% off clothing this year are likely to be:
23-31 August
20-26 September
25-31 October
28 Nov - 5 Dec
Then 16-22 Feb 2017

Camel camel camel is a great amazon price tracking tool here

Top cash back here is a cash back site where you get a percentage of cash back from what you buy when you shop with certain retailers. Just search the shop you want to buy something from in top cash back to see if there is a cash back offer and follow the link on the site to go to the website you want. You can then choose to have the cash back directly in your bank account or have various vouchers. I've managed about £100 in a year but many seem to accrue more maybe I don't buy enough, that's a good excuse if ever I've heard one . You have to earn something like £5 in cash back before they start sending you money. If you need insurance etc they can have great cash back offers. If you follow the link above it will earn me referral credit.

Quidco here is another cash back site like top cash back but has a different offering of shops. See info above.

Hawkins Bazaar are selling last years pre-stuffed stocking for 9.99 (usually 20.00 and they say contents is worth 30.00) Girls 3+ and 8+ ones left but lots of it looks quite gender neutral. Watch the video to see what's supposed to be in them. Disclaimer, never had one before so don't know what they are like.

cookiefiend · 21/08/2016 22:55

A 1000 piece puzzle of decent quality £1.89 at Amazon as an add on them. Random picture (a French market?) but a nice add on for a puzzle lover.

Smiggle are offering 20% off on your next order if you sign up to Smiggle Mail.

VinoTime · 22/08/2016 03:54

Smiggle 20% off full price items using code smigsforyou. Unfortunately you can't stack the code against any of the items currently on money saving offers and delivery is £4.50 for orders under £50 - which seems bloody steep to me. However, the latest offers can save you a pretty penny if anything takes your fancy.

I got two of these alphabet key rings which meant I got two of these love heart key rings for free (all £4.50 normally). The scented macaroon erasers, donut eraser box and yums scented eraser tubs are all on a 2 for £5 deal (normally £4.50 each). So I got 4 key rings, the macaroons, donuts and two different yum tubs for £19, with a saving of £17. Factor in the delivery and I saved £12.50 against a total £23.50 spend.

Oh, and if you sign up to their email newsletter thingy, they'll send you a 20% off code which can be used online and in store. Valid until 21st September.

Worry monster soft toy £7.99 for pink or £8.99 for blue and purple. Free delivery. They're more expensive everywhere else I've looked, including Amazon.

GinAndSonic · 22/08/2016 07:25

I like the worry monsters!
I can't see a camel camel camel app, id like something that would give me a notification on my phone.
I want a largish peppa pig cuddly for cheap as possible of anyone sees anything.
For anyone wanting anything a bit naughty, apparently Ann summers do bank holiday offers.
When is black Friday?

Wondermoomin · 22/08/2016 07:34

Gin it's the day after Thanksgiving - so 25th November this year

GinAndSonic · 22/08/2016 07:38

Great thanks. Might get the kids a fire tablet, I'm assuming they will be dirt cheap again.

PinkSquash · 22/08/2016 07:44

Just marking place, v late this year as I left my H in April and have only just found a place I can be in, let the shopping commence. Wine

Wondermoomin · 22/08/2016 08:26

Gin I think that's what I did last year - got the kids a Fire each when they were on a deal (can't remember if it was Black Friday or some other deal such as a Prime deal).

I definitely recommend the Fire kids edition. So easy to set up, and the no quibble 2 year guarantee seals the deal for me! I'd recommend getting an SD card to expand the storage though.

Mama1980 · 22/08/2016 08:43

Has anyone seen any deals on ugg slippers about please? Or if they do please shout.

notanotherusername123 · 22/08/2016 08:55

Thank you for the Hawkins bazaar stockings link. 2 ordered. Don't forget cashback (I use quidco and get 8%)

Letustryagain · 22/08/2016 09:32

Thank you so much for all the ideas. I've bought lots of bits already, particularly chuffed with the Worry Toy. I haven't seen these before and have a nephew who is very troubled (domestic violence at home, learning difficulties at school, social problems) and he's a lovely 7 year old so I think he would welcome something like this.

So thank you.

As soon as I have something to add, of course I will. Smile

GardenWorm · 22/08/2016 09:35

Thanks for the Hawkin link. Got the stocking and some other bits including the Magic & Mischief set for £7.99 which gets good reviews on Amazon
...and random pocket pint thing which is probably junk Grin

Catanddogmake6 · 22/08/2016 09:47

Mama - someone mentioned Ugg slippers were on Brand Alley a few pages back in the thread.

AlwaysNeverOnTime · 22/08/2016 10:46

MrsCrimbo74 · 22/08/2016 11:24

Good morning, I'm after something which I'm not sure even exists anymore!
It's a Cadbury toy vending machine thing where you put in 2p although with inflation it's probably more like 10p now and you get a tiny bar of dairy milk.
Has anyone seen one of these around?
Thank you xx Smile

Lunar1 · 22/08/2016 11:30

I think wilkinsons sell those vending machines in their Christmas stock.

MrsCrimbo74 · 22/08/2016 11:45

Thanks Lunar1 I'll keep an eye out for their Christmas stock

JamesBlonde1 · 22/08/2016 11:48

No tips on saving to buy a new Isla bike but the resale when you sell it 2nd hand on eBay will be very good. My daughter's bike (for a 5 year old) sold for £120 and as we'd bought it 2nd hand for £130 it only cost us £10!
