As with previously, if I have missed a link you think would be good on the list please post on here or message me. Also if a link doesn't work anymore or an offer is no longer standing please flag it up by telling me in bold .

Firefly has reported the dates for the Sainsburys 25% off clothing this year are likely to be:
23-31 August
20-26 September
25-31 October
28 Nov - 5 Dec
Then 16-22 Feb 2017

Camel camel camel is a great amazon price tracking tool here

Top cash back here is a cash back site where you get a percentage of cash back from what you buy when you shop with certain retailers. Just search the shop you want to buy something from in top cash back to see if there is a cash back offer and follow the link on the site to go to the website you want. You can then choose to have the cash back directly in your bank account or have various vouchers. I've managed about £100 in a year but many seem to accrue more maybe I don't buy enough, that's a good excuse if ever I've heard one . You have to earn something like £5 in cash back before they start sending you money. If you need insurance etc they can have great cash back offers. If you follow the link above it will earn me referral credit.

Quidco here is another cash back site like top cash back but has a different offering of shops. See info above.

I know someone put on here about Christy having a sale with discount off but I've just bought mine from house of Fraser. If you buy 2 it's 70% off. I assumed that was off the 2nd one so put them in my basket to see how much it all came to. The 70% came off both towels so £189 of towels for £55 with free delivery. 👍

99percentchocolate · 21/08/2016 08:33

Amazon has up to 20% off selected Melissa and Doug toys at the moment
m&d

AbyssinianBanana · 21/08/2016 08:33

Physionic, just tried and it didn't work - then I looked around and it's a different brand that's on sale at house of frasier

onesparesecond · 21/08/2016 08:57

Haudyerwheesht the last 62 piece Magmagic I saw on an amazon lightning deal went for £32.47.

FireflyGirl · 21/08/2016 09:06

If anyone has a baby to buy for, there's up to 50% off at the Lamaze Sale

Delivery is free over £50, or £1.95 - £5.00 below that depending on what you order.

Just want to reiterate caution when looking for Beats headphones - DH bought me some last Xmas from a private seller on Amazon. They were slightly cheaper than official rrp but still expensive! When they came, we realised they were fake because DH already had a genuine pair from JL. They were VERY good fakes, the box and packaging almost identical. But there was a difference in sound quality which prompted us to check. If we'd not had a 'real' pair to compare them to, we'd not have known. In the end, Amazon refunded the money, blocked the seller and allowed us to keep the fake ones.

KitKatCHA · 21/08/2016 10:03

FireflyGirl · 21/08/2016 10:14

KitKat those animal blocks look lovely, but according to camelcamelcamel they were £5.60 last Thursday! Always worth checking CCC on these things! I'd hang on to see if they drop again!

Shantotto · 21/08/2016 10:24

Ah this thread is amazing! DS will only be 17 months this Christmas so I don't want to go mad. We did for his 1st birthday and of course he ignores most things like everybody warned us he would!

Do post if you good stuff for that age please - I've no idea! Is happy land good for that age? He got some toot toot vehicles that he likes but hes too young for the garages etc. Thanks!

DesperatelySeeking2016 · 21/08/2016 10:28

Thank you for the Barbie stage set. I got that, the dvd and one of the dolls for £43 (well dh did as I used his prime account!). The Rock and roll Barbies were heavily discounted -£12.99 instead of £22.99.

FireflyGirl · 21/08/2016 10:29

Shanto DS is 17 months now, he's had the toot toot garage since his first birthday and loves it.

Have you tried rotating his toys? I change them every few weeks week or so, only have about a dozen out at a time (but his favourites are always out), and it's like he's been given new toys every time! Definitely try Googling!

I8toys · 21/08/2016 10:46

Nails inc micro nails elegance set £12.50 at boots online.

woodwaj · 21/08/2016 11:39

Desperately did you know if one person in your home has prime you can use it as well? I piggy back my other halfs and its so good because for me its freeeeeee! Haha.

Bluecarrot · 21/08/2016 11:48

Christmas movies (that I've never heard of) starting at noon on channel 5. Made me think of you all!

RJnomore1 · 21/08/2016 11:51

I've got student prime and unfortunately you can't share it but it's half the price so...

RJnomore1 · 21/08/2016 11:53

Pens are a good buy, same ones are £12.70 on eBay

BadgerFace · 21/08/2016 12:10

Ooooh, the Christmas thread, yey!! I bought loads of bargains last year thanks to you lot. Although I am a bit scared to start shopping in August, DH will have a fit - it was bad enough when I started in October last year... Plus I am on maternity leave this year so more time to shop but with less money!!

If anyone is new to Vertbaudet and would like a code I think I have a refer a friend code.

BadgerFace · 21/08/2016 12:27

Shanto My DD liked Wow toys at that age, especially the playground set as she could put the people in and out of the roundabout etc. Wow toys all have cool features and no batteries (and no noise so good for the adults!).

FeelingSmurfy · 21/08/2016 13:54

The problem with being in hospital, is whoever is at home having to take all the parcels in Blush keep getting messages saying something else has come!

LikeSilver · 21/08/2016 14:01

Shantotto My youngest is 18 months now and this M&D cleaning set is his favourite thing in the world. He likes Happyland too, and the sand and water table outside. And any book with animal noises! How about a Tuff Tray? Not the most exciting of presents but he won't care about that yet, and it can be used for a good while yet for his messy play/imaginative play. Loads of ideas on Pinterest.
