Well, dd got a karaoke machine from mil and I just couldn't help a bit of a warble on it myself. We got The Dangerous Book for Boys, too, Marina - it's fab. Makes me want to go camping or abseiling or something.

I really like my dd's elc baby grand piano, to the point where I might be hogging it a wee bit too much

my dd also got mother and baby cuddly elephants and said I could look after the mummy one, which is very lovely and soft, they didn't make cuddly toys that soft in my day....

DD2 got 20Q which is an electronic version of animal, vegetable or mineral.

It's uncanny how many times it gets it right.

O.k. we have caught it out a few times but it's compulsive playing. DD2 hasn't really got near it for two days!

i've kind of took over ds1's dr who jigsaw puzzle. we have only managed the edges and rose and the dr's face as its quite hard. but we will finish it soon!!!.

he got a chemistry set that i quite fancy having a go on tomorrow. (just so i can show off to dp in any thing as i have a BSc)

I have just spent an hour playing with ds's leapster - why it says 4-7 on the box I don't know. I love jumping the rabbits across the logs even though I am really bad at it (good at the maths though being 34!). it's like Frogger.

Not at all interested in the Thomas or Nemo ones though.

I'm enjoying doing DS1's painting by numbers - it's a black puppy...Occasionally I let him have a go...Quite therapeutic as we are all feeling ill here as usual over Christmas...

wheresthehamster, We were thinking of things like vibrator, it came up with fetish, we said no so it decided to go for toy, uncanny I thought. We also did poo and it came up with manure which we thought was fair .
