dh has seriously burnt his finger in goose fat

he has a huge blister and it is a burn on the outside of the finger on the last knuckle and up to the nail (and under it a bit)

My dh burned his finger really badly too, soph - on Christmas Eve. With a glue gun, the silly bugger. It made an enormous blister on the pad of his forefinger - I couldn't even look at it without wincing. It's kind of healed but it was really deep - it feels like there's still swelling/fluid underneath the scarring. He wouldn't go and have it looked at either...

Oh, I'm sorry but "glue gunned a walnut to my palm" - I just fell off my chair laughing This is what you get if you will insist on being crafty...
