What time did kids open santa presents?????

I can't believe it!!!!

My 5 year old just woke up at 1.15am to let me know that santa had been!!!!!

Thankfully she's gone back to sleep now!!

What time did your little ones wake up????

10.30am as we all slept in !! oops! only cos Dd had a very upset tummy ache after pigging out yesterday at a party xx

5am yawn

8.30 opened stockings and stuff (had to wake dd1 ) then had breakfast/shower before starting on the rest.
Still have some for dd2 under the tree and they will get more at their Dads tomorrow.

DD and I woke pretty much simultaneously at 8.15am, she went and woke up her brothers at which point DH was surfacing. Not bad going in a house with three kids!

7.30am. Probably because the girls were still awake at 10pm!

6am here as DS[3] woke up although DD[12mths] didnt appreciate being woken so early as she is usually a 9am girl..lol

DD1 and 2 awake just before 8am.Then woke DS's up just after 8am! Opened stocking presents in my bed then downstairs by 9am.

I woke up at 5am and couldn't get back to sleep because I was too excited . Woke dh up, who was really chuffed, and then ds woke up at 5.45am (he is 2.2 so doesn't get Santa yet anyway).

Ahem.

MY DC did not really wake up for pressies. But I was up at 5am with DS1 feeling very ill and puking. So my first job of the day was cleaning up.

Did not get to sleep until 1am as DS2 was still puking until just before then.

All 3 of my children were up at 4am!!!!!!

In and out of the bedrooms showing me what santa had got them!!!!!

I already knew, because i'd sat and wrapped the flipping things!!!

At least i could pretend to be interested and still know what they got!!!!!

Managed to persuade them to go back to bed for a while, but they were all back at 7am!!!

Where do they get their energy from????

Have now had my 8 year old being sick again tonight!!!

He was ill last night as well!!

ds slep late this am as we were late to bed because of party,9am for us this yr,love it!

Ds woke at 8am, DD dragged from bed at 8.30am as granny had been waiting from 7am. Every one (including PIL) in DS's bed while kids open stockings. Not downstairs untilk dressed at 9:45. Tea an toast all round and present opening lasts all morning, dinner not until 7pm so no sill pre heating or basting at 9am.

DD woke up just after 7am. DH and I had been awake for a good half hour or so earlier, expecting her to wake up any time! We all went downstairs together, straight away, to open our presents.

DS (4.8) woke up at 5:20am to tell me Santa had been. He then climbed into my bed and went back to sleep for a couple of hours. That would have been fine but he is such a fidget that I didn't get much sleep!

DD came in triumphant with stocking held high at 1.25 am on Christmas morning. I had been in bed for 35 mins!

I growled at her, half asleep to go back to bed (mean old mummy but FGS!). She went back to sleep until 5 then came in and woke us up so she could open her stocking presents. I couldn't believe she hadn't already!

She is 7 BTW.

Next year I will be instructing her to feel free to open her stocking and amuse herself with the contents at whatever time she likes but she isn't allowed to wake me up until 6!

I've got them well trained now - although it has taken some years! They woke about 5am but weren't allowed to come into our room until 7am!

dd was at her dad so not until 7.30 pm but I never allow dd to open any presents until after dinner so about 3pm.I do make sure she has stuff in her stocking shecan playwith though.
