Pearl and Earl

Just wondering if anyone else is waiting on sweatshirts personalised ones from pearl and earl, they seem to be failing to deliver and there are lot of unhappy customers on Facebook, I am waiting for four and wondered if anyone had received theirs. There seems to be complaints re quality as well. They are not cheap to British made and look good. They have obviously just got snowed under.

I ordered 2 sweaters on the 30th November ... One personalised and one with a star. I am still waiting on them and was told they were dispatched on the 8th December. Have sent 2 Facebook messages and 2 emails and received no reply. Their Facebook page seems to have disappeared too which is worry.

I emailed them again and got a response! They said they were going to send my jumper out at the beginning of January. Still no sign of it though......

I too am very peeved. I ordered a tapestry cross Stitch Kit on 4 Jan 17 from Jacqui P at Crafteratti, which I believe is the same person as the 'Pearl' in 'Pearl and Earl'. Payment made by debit card. Their website states that normal delivery is 4-7 days. On checking my order, status is 'unfulfilled'. I have sent three messages and a letter. It took some doing to find an address. The only message I have received is a generic one advising that the 'team' is looking into it. Not sure where to go from here. I understand if it's a small concern but the silence is very unsatisfactory.
