I advise you not to bother.

Mine has been up for a week. We sawed the bottom off and it's in a stand with water but it is already brown and crispy and dropping needles all over the bloody place. It looks dreadful.

It's not near a rad and our house is only heated a couple of hours a day as we're both out at work.

Theren is no way it's going to last until Christmas Day. I'd be surprised if it lasts until this time next week. Some of the lower branches are bare.

Pissed off.

I took our tree down at the last Saturday and complained vociferously to IKEA Customer Services dept and they have agreed to refund the whole amount and have said I can keep the voucher.

The bare tree is in its stand on the drive.. Surrounded by a billion needles.

Thorougherly disappointing experience.

My (brilliant) tree was from wednesbury. Still looking good, been up 19 days now!

Ours is an Ikea tree, been up 2 weeks now and still looks good. We have 3 year old twins who have, countless times, wrestled each other into the tree, thrown footballs at it and generally terrorise the poor thing and it still looks pretty good!

Problem with the sap due to the warm weather meaning they are more likely to shed.

I've contacted them as mine looks worse. They've offered I keep the voucher and they're going to give me an IKEA card for the whole cost (25). I'm happy enough as I think it will last just until xmas so long as nobody touches it!

could be worse; I got our tree from B&Q and it smells like wet dogs!!
