Xmas brunch items for Arctic Breakfast

We are doing Elf on a Shelf for the 1st time this year. As my sister has just had a baby and has PND I am organising it for everyone. We are meeting at the grandparents house for it. Children will be 2, 3 and 4.

Does anyone have any idea of any Xmas shaped food that I can buy (to cut down on prep time)? Someone told me they got Xmas tree shaped crumpets last year.

Also any other ideas for food which go down well?

Buy an Xmas tree cookie cutter and then you can have Christmas toast and Christmas pancakes.

Yes, Christmas crumpets should be easily available. Tesco had them last year.
Not exactly christmassy, but Jus-rol do a few easy home bake things like cinnamon swirls, pain au chocolate, etc. Really easy to do: open can, stick on baking tray and in oven. You could get the children to help.

Asda did Christmas tree and star shaped crumpets last year. They usually also do Christmas biscuits which the kids can decorate.

I make candy cane shapes using sliced banana and strawberry and Christmas tea and coffee for the grown ups.

Less healthy, Ikea did some Christmas shaped marshmallows and sweets last year which were really nice, and an lovely alcohol free mulled wine style drink.

I shouldn't have clicked on this thread. Just been on Pinterest and my Christmas Day breakfast is going to be ridiculous!

It's spiced tea and coffee. I get mine from whittards.

I like the ikea mulled wine. We used it at an event last year and it went down really well

M&S also do an alcohol free mulled wine which was quite reasonable the few years I've had it.

Something like a "Rudolph's Glow" smoothie (a red berries one) as a drink?

Reindeer Poop are always fun (chocolate covered raisins - there are loads of poems online for these).

Or Snowman Soup - hot chocolate drinks. You could always try to use a white chocolate version if you wanted, but we use regular milk choc ones and they go down well. Again, poems online. (We sometimes make snowmen out of marshmallows to go along with this).

Christmas Tree or Star or Snowflake cutters for toast is great.

I don't bother with Christmas tea, although DH likes both Christmas Coffee and Christmas beers (although not the latter for breakfast). Just some added seasonal spices (eg cinnamon) usually.

DD also loves making up the JusRol croissants and pain au chocolat, and DH also likes making pancakes for breakfast (we usually have those with bacon, maple syrup, blueberries, nutella - all as options)..
