I need to buy a wii u game called Mario Maker for my son. Its around £33 which is mega! Any ideas for places I can use a discount voucher or something to bring the cost down? Any codes? Thanks!

And my tip for others today is that Ocado have a clearance section with some toy bargains in it. An odd assortment of things but some branded stuff.

woodwaj · 17/11/2015 11:28

In my OH stocking I have a leather type bracelet which was a couple of quid from Amazon. Some Jelly Babies (as per his request! ) the match Attax cards that came yesterday and are great and scratch cards!

PinkSquash · 17/11/2015 11:30

Has anyone seen any deals on Xbox live points at all? Tempted to get some for DNephew and DS1 if they're cheap enough

SymphonyofShadows · 17/11/2015 11:36

Amazon have Sylvanian stuff in their daily deals today. Can't see prices yet.

mrslebon · 17/11/2015 11:41

Nooooo! Beauty advent calendar OOS before I checked out!!

OhHolyFuck · 17/11/2015 11:42

Also bought the calendar - it's for my friend who is a single mum so won't be getting many other presents and no 'surprise' ones, she's been amazing at chatting most nights and talking through the crappier times with me recently so I wanted to get her something lovely but didn't have a huge budget so absolutely thrilled with this, thanks so much to the lovely person that posted it

dontstopmenow · 17/11/2015 11:47

I was just wondering if anyone can recommend any beanbags (bargainous beanbags best) - I think my DC would love one each and it would give us more seating over christmas!!

EverybodyKeepCool · 17/11/2015 11:51

Just got these 'chocolate biscuits' from I want one of those. They're in the 3 for £20 deal and if you're on Topcashback there are a couple of voucher codes plus cash back. I've seen them at various craft ripoff fairs for £13-£15 each.

WoahBodyforrrrm · 17/11/2015 12:58

If anyone has an elc birthday code they're not going to use, I'd be eternally grateful if they could pm me with it. My twins birthday was 31/10 but I never received a code and now I'd like to order some Xmas gifts for them.

Mummytron · 17/11/2015 12:59

From a VERY OLD THREAD...

Just received my National trust greetings card with tea vouchers...

THE TEA VOUCHERS EXPIRED JANUARY 2014!

bit naffed off

Mummytron · 17/11/2015 13:03

Just had a look at the website these were purchased from and it says the following...

We are pleased to confirm that the National Trust are running their ‘free tea for two offer’ for all voucher holders for the foreseeable future and that your voucher will be valid for a full year from the date you complete this online registration process. Simply click ‘Get your code’ below. All National Trust ‘Tea for Two’ vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date you complete this online registration process (including those vouchers with a printed expiry date of 1/1/2014 or 1/1/2015).

crispytruffle · 17/11/2015 13:05

Whenever there is a toy sale the items seem to suddenly jump up to the RRP and then the sale applied, I have found loads of toys actually cheaper elsewhere.

Stokey · 17/11/2015 13:07

Thanks for posting the Maxi scooter site Wyld. I was about to buy one for dd1 age 6 who has outgrown her mini one when Dh told me he thinks the flicker ones are more fun. Anyone have any experience of them? Everyone at school seems to have the maxi micro ones.

And has anyone seen a baby Annabel offer? DD2 wants a crawling one, I don't know whether to buy now or wait til black Friday.

imip · 17/11/2015 13:13

Maxi mini micros are v v durable. I certainly recommend them - I have 4 dcs so have had lots of experience with them!

Unfortunately for me the German site doesn't do the newer colour models that I need to differential dc4's colour from the other dcs.

Polkadot1974 · 17/11/2015 13:18

Chocolou- you can get the Match Attax tin in the Factory Shop at the minute- saw them on sunday- £5.99
not sure if the Factory shop is a NW thing though?

Greenandblue123 · 17/11/2015 13:26

Woodwaj
Is this the personalised match attak cards? Do you get a number of the same one or are the cards different? Smile

ilovetosleep · 17/11/2015 13:35
