Confused I can only get that to work on the beer box? Is there a link or something for the food one?

Kerrierr · 13/11/2015 21:17

Sorry I didn't respond to person asking about the NEC festive fair I've been hectic. I spent a fortune on a moyou nail art stamp set but couldn't find it cheaper online and we got free polishes so very pleased. If you are going this weekend I would recommend checking prices online whilst at the show (free wifi) I mainly bought Christmas decorations and the magical stories stall had some good discounts compared to what I had seen in store.

Littlemousewithcloggson · 13/11/2015 21:24

Anyone seen the Yankee advent calendar for a good price?

BadgerFace · 13/11/2015 21:29

Popped into TK Maxx on my way to dinner and found a Paw Patrol Busy Book - I am so excited! I'd never heard of busy books before this thread...

They had lots of others too, MLP, Christmas ones, Doc McStuffin, Frozen etc

RJnomaaaaaargh · 13/11/2015 21:31

I think it should too confused. Can you post your direct link rather than the code and I will try again?

SitsOnFence · 13/11/2015 21:42

For those who aren't already over run with the cursed things, the Cra-Z-Loom refill pack is down to £0.46 (add on) on Amazon

Frozen Elsa, Anna and Olaf mini doll set down to £6.32, also on Amazon. For those with Playmobil, these figures are a compatible size.

Flowers to zipzap I think who recommended the Scooby doo figures to go with Playmobil. DD will love them.

yumyumpoppycat · 13/11/2015 21:45

46p!!!!!!! Insane how quickly loom bands lost their popularity.

SitsOnFence · 13/11/2015 22:08

I know! Considering the original RRP was £9.99 (and they did actually sell for that)

Going back to Playmobil, for all those who have picked up bargain sets and are baulking at the price of non-discounted accessories; did you know you can order loose parts from sets via the Playmobil shop or, for older parts, via the Playmobil spare parts service?

A couple of years ago I furnished the large fairytale castle very cheaply using just one discounted room set (bedroom) and this method. For example; the bathroom set was never dropping below £10 and the banqueting set was always over £13, and the other room set (forget what it was now) was similarly priced. However, when I looked at all the furniture that I already had with the castle and bedroom set, I only needed a bath, a table and a few little bits and bobs to adequately furnish the remains rooms. I also got a spinning wheel from an older set, a unicorn foal, a swan, a hand fan and numerous other bits, all delivered for under £10.

It's easy to find out which parts you need. If it's a current set, the Playmobil shop has instructions and a spare parts list for each item. To peruse instructions and parts from older sets there is this fantastic site

kavv0809 · 13/11/2015 22:20

Does anyone have any recommendations / deals for stompeez? DD says she wants unicorn ones is there even such a thing in existence ?

DingbatsFur · 13/11/2015 22:39

Flavourly link if anyone wants it

Mummytron · 13/11/2015 22:42

Ditto for my daughter!

Hadiever · 13/11/2015 22:46

For Paw patrol fans. The 99p shop had colouring books, slinky type things, bubble wands and some glow in the dark tube thing. Would be good for stocking fillers

Neeko · 13/11/2015 23:15

We have unicorn Stompeez. Got them from Argos last year. They are down to £7.99 right now with Argos. Were £14.99.

kavv0809 · 13/11/2015 23:43

Brilliant thanks Neeko. Unicorns it is. Did you find they came up big or small, she's a 12 and has been for a while so I thought I might go to medium but that's 13-2

Neeko · 14/11/2015 00:00

I'd definitely go medium. They are open backed so won't matter if they are a little big.

If Nikki Lissoni jewellery means anything to anyone - there is a 50% off when spending £150 or over offer on their website
www.nikki-lissoni.co.uk with code NIKKI50

This make everything much better value than anywhere else you can buy it.
