Anyone seen a cheap (decent) Fitbit type thing? iPhone 4S compatible.

LalaDipsey · 09/11/2015 15:49

Hi, does anyone know where to get an Imaginext Power Rangers Morphing Megazord from for less than Amazon (£60!) or what would be a good deal? Thanks

AlbusPercival · 09/11/2015 16:13

DrsDoc I have one of these

dayslikethis · 09/11/2015 16:22

Aaah! Thank you DrsDoc - this is exactly the inspiration I needed for DH's present.

OK peoples - talk to me about fitbits. DH has an iPhone 6 (if that matters) and has been talking about a fitbit for a while - I think he likes the idea of it as an activity tracker, not so bothered about the sleeping thing. He doesn't do much exercise but I think he thinks this might encourage him to do more. If exercising he is most likely to cycle and then secondly to run. Not likely to do anything else.

What do I buy? I had a quick look on Amazon and there seem to be a ton of different ones to choose from and I have no idea what the differences are between them

coolpatterngirl · 09/11/2015 16:34

Following dayslikethis. My dh would like one too but he wants to track sleep cycles too. He has a very naice watch so I don't think he'd wear the Apple Watch but am keenly following suggestions.

WindTheFrog · 09/11/2015 16:35

lala look under amazon other sellers, it's less than £40

AlbusPercival · 09/11/2015 16:36

I love my misfit

i have ordered DH a MOOV for xmas, as that actually coaches you through the exercise, only reason I didnt get one for me is I primarily swim

Hadiever · 09/11/2015 16:40

Lala re the imaginext megazord. I got it for £46.99 from Amazon so it may go back down again before Christmas.

TheDrsDocMartens · 09/11/2015 16:41

They're so confusing! I've marked it misfit for later reading thanksSmile

SeveredPixieBits · 09/11/2015 16:53

The ELC 20% off everything ends tonight. Do you think they will have another one before Christmas? When do they stop doing all their really good deals, and move to sort-of-alright ones? I haven't really got the money today but I don't want to wait too long and pay full price.

MooseyMoo · 09/11/2015 17:14

I've started track a bit but today Quidco started their Christmas Prezzie Hunt. Guess the two clues (like dingbats/catch phrase) and type in the name and go to page and you get a pop up saying you found the present and you get an entry added to a draw on 16th Dec. Details here

MooseyMoo · 09/11/2015 17:15

lost track

PjDay · 09/11/2015 17:21

BeaBoo can I have the link to the seller please?

PjDay · 09/11/2015 17:25

Ignore me Beaboo I clearly CAN'T READ!

Pobspits · 09/11/2015 17:40

Studio 24 glitch - 2 pink castles for £9.98 delivered here enter 070 at the checkout.
Worth a shot??

LittleMissGreen · 09/11/2015 17:41

For lego base plate would you consider Wilko Blox? Only non-lego I know that sticks together properly. A week ago I bought a pack of different sized plates there reduced to £6 usually 12.

ValiumQueen · 09/11/2015 17:55

You need to set up a credit thing for the Studio thing.

outputgap · 09/11/2015 18:19

Forgive the chat, but, Afinger, actually, I'm thinking about the one between O'Brien's and PJ's in Claremorris. That shop, and the shops in Knock, were two of the main highlights of my summer holidays.

And yes yes yes to the appalling shitness of Argos. My design a friend turned up today sans the free outfit which it was advertised with. I spent an age farting about on their live chat, and once I'd copied an email from them stating that it did come with the extra outfit, puff, the conversation comes to an end for technical reasons. Um.

nocutsnobuttsnococonuts · 09/11/2015 18:21

right a challenge for you guys!! im looking for a giant dinner plate for dp. our normal plates are 28cm round so needs to be bigger than that. And not too pricey!! thank u!!!!

debbiewest0 · 09/11/2015 18:21

Hi. First post for me. But in case it's not too late for someone, Argos price matches toys to Amazon prices even when on three for two. It just has to show them that it's a same day delivery item. So today I got three lots of duplo at Amazon half prices and on 3for2 so this may help someone... Cashier wasn't sure at first but checked and was all fine as I went in with pages open on Amazon with the lower prices!! Couldn't believe it really- saved loads!!!!

Reastie · 09/11/2015 18:23

I'm feeling full on festive today having wrapped up most of the Father Christmas presents (until I ran out of paper).

Jeanniejampots80 · 09/11/2015 18:29

Pobspits · 09/11/2015 18:33

Jeanniejampots80 · 09/11/2015 18:41
