can anyone recommend densely pigmented colouring pencils please: bought my dd some grownup colouring books and want some decent ones to use

Gatekeeper · 05/11/2015 08:41

smudge do you have google chrome; it comes up with a box top right of screen after a few seconds and offers to translate

flatmouse · 05/11/2015 08:44

Delores and Flop, i was grinning too. But to answer the question M&S do some nice "2 packs" which you can mix and match. Great for DD - but not so great for DS who likes "shortie" ones, so he has one pair of not-xmas ones and she has 2 pairs of xmas ones. Oh well! (And if you're quick i think they still on 20% off today).

DeloresDeSyn · 05/11/2015 08:45

Flop and orange Grin everyone has to share in this house Grin

I bought that penguin scarf as a gift last year, it is lovely, large and really soft.

I just splurged on this super cheap make up site. Loads of bits under £1 and some really nice brands too. I got a bare minerals set for £16.99, Dior nail polish for £8 ish, Estee Lauder lipstick £6, Pixi lip gloss for £2 among other things.
They have some Fake Bake mini straighteners on there for £12 that I managed to resist!

LinzerTorte · 05/11/2015 08:48

Smudge I'm sure I saw a notice on Amazon.de not long ago that the site is now available in English; I'll go and check... yes, it's here

needastrongone · 05/11/2015 09:09

Thanks to the poster who linked the thermal mugs at Millets, great stocking fillers for DH and the teen DC. There's an extra 10% code on the website too.

tassisssss · 05/11/2015 09:24

Today only 20% off at The Works with the code Spark20

Smudge588 · 05/11/2015 09:25

Thanks gatekeeper and linzertorte. Think this might be an expensive shop! I love this thread!

BanoffeePieIsMyFave · 05/11/2015 09:25

glenthebattleostrich · 05/11/2015 09:25

I thought I'd finished but forgot about some Dora dolls DD apparently needs!

Has anyone seen a Dora and friends Kate doll? (The redhead) if you come across one can you please let me know. I'm going to real shops today in search of one

flatmouse · 05/11/2015 09:38

Glen what are these "real shops" of which you speak Wink ?

Dandelionflower · 05/11/2015 09:52

In my new local Home Bargains I'm Scottish I picked up a pack of 2 Shopkins puzzle erasers that also had a little pencil with them. I'm not explaining them properly but they were only £1.99, 2 different packs were available and would make a nice stocking filler.

Dandelionflower · 05/11/2015 09:54

glen I saw some Dora dolls in Home Bargains, i didn't take much notice as dd is too old for them but I'm sure they were the 'grown up' Dora and friends iykwim?

GardenWorm · 05/11/2015 09:58

allyourgreens GOTROVO40; I've ended up having an email conversation with them and they seem very nice....all mums apparently Smile

randomcatname · 05/11/2015 10:15

I bought this and I'm really pleased with it. Absolute bargain. My ds will love it.

AllyourGreens · 05/11/2015 10:24

GardenWorms thanks a lot for the code, what site is it?

GreatBritishBakeOff · 05/11/2015 10:32

They aren't a bargain as such, but using clubcard boost meant I got these Coca Cola Pyjamas for cheap. I have a bit of a thing for the xmas Coke trucks...

needyounow · 05/11/2015 10:35

O2 Priority Moments:
Free pop up Star Wars speaker at O2
Free can of Deicer at Halfords
Star Wars annual 99p at WHSmith
Free Star Wars personalised phone cover at wrappz
Free personalised phone cover at wrappz

flatmouse · 05/11/2015 10:48

There's also a Benefits eye thingy for free on O2 (must check that more often)

DrasticAction · 05/11/2015 10:49

amazn germany has anyone used it, will they deliver to us?

The KINDLE TABLETS are cheaper on amazn germany

waitrosefizz · 05/11/2015 11:00

Drastic yes, very easy, you order with all your usual details.

CRtester · 05/11/2015 11:01

Drastic I've ordered from amazon.de before, although I'm in GB. Just looked on their website for you and they do delver to the US, but it depends on the product. If you select what you want to buy, it should tell you whether they'll do international delivery or not.

CRtester · 05/11/2015 11:02

Sorry think I might have thought you meant US rather than us!

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 05/11/2015 11:05

Just came on to post about the O2 rewards, I picked up the speaker and annual. I always get my £1 boots lunch on a Monday. Wish I was closer to the other places that do cheap Monday lunches to hand out to the homeless

mrslebon · 05/11/2015 11:10

I think the Star Wars annual was yesterday only? I picked up mine and am very pleased!
