anyone with a matalan card, I've just opened my post and got a voucher for 25% off everything between 5th to 9th November. I assume this is a national mailer so hopefully everyone with a card will get one:)

woodwaj · 04/11/2015 17:46

clara did you get a matalan code? I got one for 25% off but so did the old owner of my house so I can send you her code if you need it? It obviously might correspond to her card but worth a go?

BeaBoo · 04/11/2015 17:52

These would be really good stocking fillers for teenage girls ( or mid twenties girls like me who like this kind of thing Grin)
http://www.diynails.co.uk] do a big range of nail art decals. They are brilliant and work really well, and they are an independent company so always good to buy from. I've bought these before for around £6 a pack, but they have got a deal on at the moment where you can buy 5 packs for £5, 10 for £10 etc. with an extra £1 for postage.

SideOrderofChips · 04/11/2015 18:07

I thought everyone was talking about a new version of a playstation not a £

ValiumQueen · 04/11/2015 18:09

Also bought Gotrovo game. Disappointed the code only works on the actual game and not the pack of 5 mini's, but cannot have everything Grin

Also received my Ali Superhero Lego figures today.

SpottyTeacakes · 04/11/2015 18:14

Xmas Grin chips

Anyone got any ideas that my brother could get for my children for Christmas. Budget of roughly £50 per child.
DD1 is 13 and into computing
DS1 is 10 and into football
DS2 is 7.5 and into lego and army
DS3 is 4 and likes Peppa, Paw Patrol & diggers
DD2 is 1 and likes climbing and being annoying Grin

I thought about maybe a tablet for the older ones - we got £30 from Amazon in august, but they all broke. Maybe a bit more expensive might be better?

Scooters maybe? None have them, although I ordered a Mini Micro for DS3 for his main present, but could change that.

Then I thought about some kind of pass. Merlin is too expensive as is a cinema pass. Any other ideas like this?

He doesn't do birthdays, so this is the only time he gets them presents, but we have a fair amount of crap and would prefer kind of one thing each - quality over quantity.

EmGee · 04/11/2015 18:21

Does anyone know where I can find nice children's towels? For girls. Mine like Disney princesses, Barbie etc. I saw some Frozen ones in Toys'R'Us but they looked awful and were were horrible quality.

LikeSilver · 04/11/2015 18:41

Sorry VinoEsmerelda it's 10VIP. Does that work?

woodwaj · 04/11/2015 18:41

Selfridges had some lovely primark pj's in today . Some of them in lovely gift boxes. Included frozen, Mickey & minnie, Harry potter (They didn't have my size!) And adult onesies as well between 10 and 13 quid

RoaringForties · 04/11/2015 18:43

The diy nail site says everything is sold out, they'd be great for my nieces in Australia do you think it's a web glitch?
Thanks for the treasure hunt game, brilliant bargain.

Neeko · 04/11/2015 18:46

Hi. This thread is so busy!
Got my tytoy delivery today. So pleased with it. Thanks again.

New Smyths opened here today. Got DCs main presents each with £5 off. So pleased. No more for them unless I twitch

Slushy cups were £9.49 in Smyths which is cheapest I've seen them.

Anyone lucky enough to live near a Banana Republic? 40% off in store only until the 8th. No code needed. Not good for the Scottish contingent. Sad

VinoEsmeralda · 04/11/2015 18:48

likesilver thank you so much! Just ordered myself the almond collection for £39...

margaritasbythesea · 04/11/2015 18:53

I can't remember who it was but someone was wondering what things from the amazon warehouse deals were like. I got my Ultron tower this afternoon and it was great. Just the edge of the box a bit bashed. Not bad for £10 -£20 saving.

What's the Gotrovo code please? Niece and nephew keen geocachers so might enjoy this!

RJnomaaaaaargh · 04/11/2015 19:09

The code isv10VIP

Juliecloud · 04/11/2015 19:10

Emgee, I've got nice kids towels in tk maxx before, they often have nice ones in.

My local sainsburys has some toys left over from the toy sale reduced even further. They had a massive fisher price tower thing for cars that was 1 metre high reduced to £12. It was more than that when the sale was on! They had some teenage mutant ninja turtle things reduced too and a Thomas track that came with an engine.

doistayordoigo · 04/11/2015 19:12

Thanks to everyone for their posts and bargains, long time lurker here, and very grateful to everyone.

Quick question for anyone who has done photo books through Snapfish - all of my photos are getting the message "low resolution" when I drag them into the photobook. Has anyone had this and if so what was the finished product like, as we really don't have any other photos so will have to use them I think.

RJnomaaaaaargh · 04/11/2015 19:21

Sorry I seem to be running way behind on the thread!

LalaDipsey · 04/11/2015 19:24
