For those of you interested in aliexpress, they are doing their big sale on 11.11. They are now giving you a preview of some of their sale items and you can add them to your basket now. It says what their original price is and what the sale price will be. Here is a link to the preview.

reastie were you looking for Halloween stuff? In Sainsburys now and they have ALL costumes reduced to £2. Got DS an adult skeleton and DD a witch and hat set. Some bunting, face paints, pumpkin buckets etc from 15p - 75p.

bookbook · 04/11/2015 09:53

VinoEsmeralda · 04/11/2015 10:05

Teapigs have a 3 for 2 offer for tealovers

ArthurChristmas · 04/11/2015 10:31

Wondering if anyone can help? I am struggling with my DSis and her partner. DSis is easy but partner is a nightmare so I thought a joint present for change. Value PS50. They see little of each other, one works shifts. I had thought of vouchers for a meal out but I'm struggling to find something in their area, Coventry. Help much appreciated.

FireflyGirl · 04/11/2015 10:41

Tomy bath foam cone maker - apparently they're on a lot of Christmas lists this year. 16.99 sold by Amazon, which is apparently the best price around.

Sod the kids, I want one of these!

coolpatterngirl · 04/11/2015 10:54

Not sure if this has been mentioned but the Splat! ( Pie game) is only PS10 on pre order at The Entertainer.

JoanneCofton · 04/11/2015 10:58

Arthur Christmas have they got a cineworld? The gift boxes for 20 quid are really good, 2 adult tickets, 2 popcorn and a drink? Then you could use the other PS30 for nandos/pizza express type gift card?

flatmouse · 04/11/2015 11:14

Just been on Notonthehighstreet and they are saying Shop today and get 15% off voucher for 1-7 Dec.
Also someone mentioned Bomb stuff at amazon - got a nice "let it snow" one for PS8.97 at the moment.

lambfam · 04/11/2015 11:41

Not sure if anyone posted already but Gap have sent me a 40% off voucher as signed up to receive emails. its their VIP offer. I think it is personal to me so wont publish it but worth signing up with them to receive emails as they generally have a couple a year. If you sign up now, you may still get one

dancemom · 04/11/2015 11:41

I'm looking for a gift for a friend, up to £10. Previous years I have bought photo frame, novelty slippers and make up set so something different?

ArthurChristmas · 04/11/2015 12:08

Off to see if there's a cineworld, thank you Joanne.

Dancemom lots of lovely scarves on Amazon with Womdee, candles, favourite film DVD, voucher for a local coffee shop for you to take her out?

cookiefiend · 04/11/2015 12:16

I saw a post earlier on thanking someone for the recommendation for gotrovo and the 40% off code. I looked at the game- a treasure hunt game which you can use outdoors which gets fantastic reviews. I read the whole thread again, but could not find the code so hunted on Google for a while and eventually found it GOTROVO40 for 40% off on their website meaning the game is PS13.77 delivered. It is gotrovo.uk the website.

Just wanted to post it again as I had originally missed it but it looks brilliant- a nice active family game. Thanks to whoever the OP was. That is DNeice sorted.

soundstrue · 04/11/2015 12:28

Arthur, how about the spicery. They do a date night kit. I've got a subscription for my brother and his wife.

MissRainbowBrite · 04/11/2015 12:52

I've got 2 codes for 20% off plus free delivery at The White Company if anyone would like them.

wyldstile · 04/11/2015 13:22

Thanks Cookiefiend, I hadn't even heard of Gotrovo but just ordered one for my kids and for my niece.

I am a regular lurker, and although I've just moved house and absolutely have NOT started officially even thinking about Xmas yet, thanks to you guys I seem to have received/am waiting for deliveries from Boden, Charles Tyrwhitt, TQToys, Book People and probably others I've forgotten. And I hadn't even begun to think about what I was going to buy people either. Or left the sofa. Whoops...

happyjustobeme · 04/11/2015 13:28

Thanks v much for the pie splat game heads up that it is available for PS10 to pre order at the entertainer. I have placed my order.

Thanks v much also for the authors half price offer on the octonauts mega gup play set. It is available at the argos local to my parents so they are collecting for me. Really lucky.

GardenWorm · 04/11/2015 13:40

Has anyone ordered more than one Gotrovo? It only applies the discount to one item, wondered if it was one per address?

TobleroneBoo · 04/11/2015 13:43

Arthur what about a tastecard membership? You can get them for around 35 pound and they last a year

eastmidswarwicknightnanny · 04/11/2015 13:44

My Ali express lego superhero and star wars figures all came today great for money and as stocking filler my 5yr old will be pleased

FeelingSmurfy · 04/11/2015 13:44

I am going to be buying one of these, looking for cheapest price on any of them
Guinness book of world records 2016
Ripleys believe it or not 2016
Ripleys special edition 2016

So far I have got PS8.88 delivered as cheapest price for any of them (including postage, can't really get out to get it). Would really appreciate any saving on that
