If anyone has a One Stop shop nearby, they are doing great deals on their boxes of chocolates, those nice seashell ones I can't pronounce Grin and milk tray, 3 for £5. Stocked up for nursery staff, teachers etc.
Also, not Christmassy but I want to buy a cacoonababy for dc3 due next year. Do John Lewis ever do deals on everything, or Black Friday etc just for electricals? I also want a Gtech cordless vac I'm hoping to get cheap on Black Friday Rock n roll me

LocalEditorKent · 03/11/2015 20:23

mummy23kiddies I bought this Groupon deal - £20 to spend at M&Co for £10 to get a present for my Grandma. She's a similar age and likes their jumpers and fleeces Smile

You might even be able to get a further 20% off with their GIFTS20 code.

Link to deal here

Just realised you didn't say how old you Nanna is mummy23kiddies! Could have sworn I'd read that she was in her 80s...

I'll blame the 10 month old currently refusing to sleep Wink

WindTheFrog · 03/11/2015 20:33

Can I just check with the argos 3 for 2 if I reserve something at a reduced price today will they still honour it and do 3 for 2 or will I be charged the expensive price (assuming they put the price back up tomorrow)

SayAGreatBigThankyou · 03/11/2015 20:35

£10 off spends over £40 at Joules with code DESIGN10.

As you were.

poppetina · 03/11/2015 20:50

Can I ask for some help with the Argos 3 for 2 deal as well please? A couple of the things I want are home delivery only. Does that mean I can't get the deal?

woodythecar · 03/11/2015 20:56

Good prices on these dolls, another couple of presents ticked off the list!

Save just under 50% on the Disney Princess Twirling Skirt Cinderella Doll, down to £13.49, my niece has one of these and she loves it!

RJnomaaaaaargh · 03/11/2015 21:02

The 10% debenhams code works on everything I think, I've just bought dh boxers which were in the sale and been able to use it.

mummy23kiddies · 03/11/2015 21:02

Localeditorkent really sorry don't know how to tag. She actually is in her 80's lol so that deal is perfect thank you so much she also loves fleeces

zipzap · 03/11/2015 21:04

wind re the Argos 3 for 2 - I think that they do the price on the day, which means that you would benefit from the 3 for 2 if you reserve ahead of time.

Downside is that if you reserve during the offer but pick up after it finishes, the price can shoot back up again and you end up paying the higher price - been caught out a couple of times, sometimes if they are feeling nice and you ask very nicely and swear you had no idea, they didn't make it very clear and you'd have been in to pick it up earlier if they had said the offer was about to end they will honour the price but don't count on it.

Or at least - that's the way it was last year. Haven't needed to test it out this year - so don't count on it.

Penguinbeaver · 03/11/2015 21:09

Does anyone know if £35 the best bargain I'm going to get on the sing along Elsa? Thanks

itsonlysubterfuge · 03/11/2015 21:09

romcom we have a cocoonababy and they are amazing! We got ours from a website that was advertising it as an acid reflux reliever. I can't remember the name of the website, it was over 3 years ago, but we only paid £95 for ours, I think it was normally £110, but we got it on sale. I would definitely buy one again, as DD would only fall asleep while on someone and she actually stayed asleep on the Cocoonababy, it was like a miracle. However she soon started rolling over Hmm and I think it lasted all of 2 months.

It was a great two months though Grin.

BorisBaby · 03/11/2015 21:24

Does anyone have a code for the chalk pens DD has been nagging me for some for ages now! I bought the train and a few other playmobil bits

Bonnylassie · 03/11/2015 21:25

Has anyone seen The Wire box set any cheaper than £49.99 on amazon? Thanks

Littlemousewithcloggson · 03/11/2015 21:33

Argos 3 for 2 works on home delivery but only if you get all 3 delivered and you order when the offer has actually started (I did mine at 12.05am last time)

d270r0 · 03/11/2015 21:35

Tesco clothing- you can double up your clubcard vouchers
AND they have money off codes. £10 off £50 spend with AUTUMN10
£15 off £75 with code AUTUMN15
or £25 off £100 with code AUTUMN25.
AND there is a sale on.

mrslebon · 03/11/2015 21:50

If you have O2 Priority rewards you can pick up a Star Wars 2016 Annual tomorrow from WHSmith for 99p instead of the RRP of £7.99.

WindTheFrog · 03/11/2015 21:55

Thanks zip I'll see what prices things are tomorrow. Im only getting the 3rd thing because it's free so I don't know if I'd be better arguing for the 2 things I really want at the reduced price.
