I can't remember who was asking but I noticed today that all the crackers are currently half price in Waitrose

y0rkier0se · 02/11/2015 17:28

Sorry now gone out of stock :(

WhirlwindHugs · 02/11/2015 17:37

Re: anorak and purse treat, think someone saud you have to put that code in first? Otherwise I have no idea!

gruffaloshmuffalo · 02/11/2015 17:45

Just bought this from Aldi for £4.99, Amazon have it for £8.99
www.amazon.co.uk/WOW-Toys-Fire-Buggy-Bertie/dp/B004V3GVF0

There's a good selection there too

thelionsleeps · 02/11/2015 18:10

Are there any good matalan codes about. I def want some christmas bedding and can get a few more bits to take me over £50 for free delivery but anymore off would be great.

If anyone is doing a christmas eve hamper for children home bargins had nice hot chocolate spoon things - milk chocolate with mini gingerbread men on for 69p and lots of other ones.

Also some good christmas dvds like home alone and fireman sam on thin ice for £3/£4.

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 02/11/2015 18:11

Just to say a huge thank you for the TQT site, I priced it all up through Amazon and it would've been £49.95 and I paid £20.95! I'm thrilled!

thelionsleeps · 02/11/2015 18:12

And not sure if anyone mentioned but aldi have their nice fudge in - salted caramel and normal. I only got one of each and determined not to eat them in november this year!

2legit2knit · 02/11/2015 18:12

Just popping my Flaviar link on the thread flaviar.com/i/NDY0NTE2ZkwqUzUj £10 off with the link :) cheers!

BeaBoo · 02/11/2015 18:16

Lion I love the aldi fudge. DP is going tonight to do the food shop so I might get him to pick some up!

thelionsleeps · 02/11/2015 18:18

I think last year I bought about 4 lots of the Aldi fudge and kept eating it and then didn't have any left! So moorish.

Avebury · 02/11/2015 18:19

Lots of v tech toys reduced on amazon including the secret diary which is a great present for 6/7/8 year old girls

PjDay · 02/11/2015 18:25

2legit, how do the flaviar links work? I can't figure it out!

LittleMissGreen · 02/11/2015 18:27

Beaboo similar items from ebay now 2 and 3 years old. Never ironed so forgive the crumples but worn almost constantly for at least a year each. (I recently got rid of the ones almost identical to the avengers ones as grown out of)

Hi there,

I'm about to go offline for the night so this is a first come first served on Matalan codes. I'm assuming these are specific to me so don't know if they will work but hopefully someone can get some use out of them, they're available until tomorrow:

£5 off £25 = 91EC17A913
£10 off £50 = 05FC2D574D
£15 off £75 = 3A443872E5

As I said, not sure if they work if they're specific to my name and address but worth a go...

Any excuse for me to NOT buy anything else from Matalan there are so many new clothes for DD now that she'll never get to wear them.

2legit2knit · 02/11/2015 18:35

PjDay I think you just click the link, add whatever you like to the basket and the £10 credit appears in your basket, you have to tick the 'use my credits' box for them to work though. Sorry I'm not more help, I can't remember the exact order you have to do it! Blush Tasting packs are the best value, because they have free delivery, but some people have managed to get free delivery by adding their (bottled) booze to the basket and leaving it for a few days, Flaviar then email offering free delivery.

redmimi · 02/11/2015 18:39

Thank you all the the great tips, have got some good bargains. I think there was a link to a flower delivery company a few days ago but I can't find it or remember which thread it was on! I will be very grateful if anyone can remember the name of the company. Thanks.

Iggi999 · 02/11/2015 18:44

I consumed a packet of Lidl's salted caramel fudge this afternoon. Blush

SilverHoney · 02/11/2015 19:00

Have ordered from Flaviar for DH. I put my link on the other thread, but haven't seen anyone post on it since. Hoping to get a tester kit for DB if I get some more credits Smile
flaviar.com/i/ODQ3NDMxZkwqUzUj
Also struggling with Very codes for existing customers, tried the 2 mentioned up thread. Am I best opening a new account in DHs name?

SilverHoney · 02/11/2015 19:03

redmimi do you mean Bloom&Wild? Think it's £10 off for new customers. Debating getting a bunch for myself Grin

Mipe · 02/11/2015 19:13

Itsonlysubterfuge thank you for the walkman idea, I had never seen them before but they look great! Smile

mashpot · 02/11/2015 19:14

This kinetic sand sounds good - it says 3+ on the box but would it be suitable for a 2yo? I know the age bracket things are often way out to cover their backs but I don't want to get an inappropriate pressie. TIA

Pobspits · 02/11/2015 19:25

littlemouse same here - I nagged and moaned at ds until a friend told me same happened to hers and we looked it up on the net!

Reastie · 02/11/2015 19:32

Admiral I quite like the typo christmassive, I'm imagining a Christmas themed rap with 'a big shout out to the christmassive crew' Wink

mashpot 2 might be a bit young, Although it's not really messy unless it starts getting dropped / thrown. Supervised I would think it would be fine, unsupervised maybe not.
