I've been resisting the Hotel Chocolat tasting club but I'm giving in now!
I read sch's post about ordering up to 5 boxes. Do they all have to be the same or can you order different ones?

I phoned up saltrock today, they are completely overwhelmed with the number of orders placed the weekend of 16th-18th as well as having a crappy website host and changing their delivery company bout they are working through the deliveries. Although it sounds like they aren't going to be able to fufill all the orders and refunds will be given

Emm is it not likely very have just sent the wrong item by mistake? Annoying but perhaps best just to contact them and ask them to exchange for the correct one?

ARe the tasting club boxes properly giftable or do they have tasting club scrawled all over them and a load of propaganda inside?

Arthur I can't speak for them all, but I got a few (John Lewis for example) and they are proper gift cards. They have a little paper tag on them with the amount printed on, but you can easily scrape it off. That's for the plastic gift cards. Otherwise you just get the code, like with Amazon.
They arrived within ten days of ordering them, so quite good.

Reveal - the Hotel Chocolat Tasting club boxes all do have "Tasting club" written on them. But they are fabulous so I'd think they'd be a great gift for someone who loves chocolate. Will try to get a picture up loaded

RJNomaaaagh , what I object to is putting the mystery machine on the advice note when it's not what I ordered, and putting its value at £62 when it retails at half that. As it's happened to others, it looks a little suspicious to me. However, I will return it and move on cos I is calm and mature innit?
