side I got my MLP from a link posted by another MNer link to bad MLP hoodie it looks like it should be the same though.

itsonlysubterfuge · 26/10/2015 23:29

chips actually looking at the pictures of the MLP hoodies link you posted, it is the exact one I have. If you scroll down to the bottom where they have the actual pictures of what they are selling, it's the same as the one I got.

SideOrderofChips · 26/10/2015 23:34

Thats really odd because mine came absolutely fine :(

SideOrderofChips · 26/10/2015 23:35

Is it the same seller though? As theres lots of different sellers all with the same generic pictures

zipzap · 26/10/2015 23:44

snowgirl could you take a photo of the picture and then get one of these picture key rings from tesco photo?

I've linked to the rectangular one that's about £4 but there are other shapes too for a similar price. Looks like it's printed onto the same sort of plastic as credit cards, albeit different shapes and you can have a different pic on the front and back.

And has the advantage of being significantly cheaper than the silver one and more durable than the wooden one...

(And for anyone with little ones at nursery or infant school who has a school bag where they encourage personalisation with a keyring or two, if the dc miss a favourite toy, taking a close up picture of favourite toy and putting it on a keyring like this means they can have a reminder of it with them all day which can be a comfort - might be a nice stocking filler for them...)

BlueStarsAtNight · 27/10/2015 00:19

Thanks for the Octonaught link eastmids, that's what DS wants from Santa but I begrudged paying £40 when the reviews weren't great, £26 is a fab price Smile

randomcatname · 27/10/2015 00:43

I've a basket to check out at le redoute but the 50% hasn't come off. I really don't want to spend 200 quid just now. Will it definitely come off if I click confirm? Anyone?

y0rkier0se · 27/10/2015 00:59

Have you put the code in random?

BlueStarsAtNight · 27/10/2015 01:05

25% off clothing at sainsbury's is online now Smile

BanoffeePieIsMyFave · 27/10/2015 05:17

Looks gorgeous spotty - it's things like that that make me hope baby on the way is a girl!!
What about a simple pointelle top? Boden have some but not sure the colours would match Sad Sorry - not terribly helpful post!!
I'm from Northern Ireland btw Smile

imip · 27/10/2015 05:56

Given the number of scots on this thread ... It's probably not the best place to mention that I am Australian Smile

eastmidswarwicknightnanny · 27/10/2015 06:16

Bluestars my last 2 Xmas' have been octonaut filled and although 5yr old ds still watches it he barely plays with it all so about £1000 worth toys were boxed up at the weekend in garage in the hope in couple yrs time when ds2 is 3yrs old he will enjoy them!! (We got up to gup S and those shitty little gup speeders and since have refused to by the newer ones!)

HairOfMooseyMoo · 27/10/2015 06:37

spottythedogwink that tutu is lovely. I also recommend Boden pointelle tops. There are a couple of striped ones that would look nice (green or pink)

Or one of their plan tops in pink

niffynoo · 27/10/2015 06:56

I bought that one too spotty. I agree with the Boden Pointelle recommendation. They have some in their eBay outlet store for £5 including postage here though they may not be the right colour/size but they are great tops my daughter wears them the whole time and they last really well (just don't tumble dry them Blush)

Letustryagain · 27/10/2015 07:03

Well I am about as far away from Scotland (in the Uk - apart from SideOrderofChips) as you can get (Devon...). We are getting an Aldi (at some point in the next millennium - a fact quite displeasing to my DSis who works in Lidls - but I'm VERY excited)!! We were supposed to have an IKEA opening in August this year and they've postponed it to 2017 - just bloody RUDE!!! Angry

My MLP Hoodie was really good from Ali Express. Only issue with mine was my error in thinking I'd ordered the one with ears on the hood but then realised I had ordered the one with 3 ponies but it looks exactly like the picture. Sounds like a pot-luck type scenario Sad.

curriegirl · 27/10/2015 07:09

I am Scottish in Kinross-shire. We have a village shop. I'd like an aldi or a lidl but I don't think that's going to happen.

LibidinousSwine · 27/10/2015 07:13

I have just bought DS a pair of bamboo socks from the Joules outlet on eBay. £4.95 down to £1.95 and they are lovely- DH has them and refuses to clad his trotters in anything else now so they could be a dangerous precedent to set :o
