Wrath - you usually need to buy 6 DVDs to get a free one. (you get 100 points per DVD / 600 points to 'pay' for a DVD)

Pinkyboo20 · 07/10/2015 11:43

Thanks itsonlysubterfuge for the disney rewards explanation it made me look at dd dvd collection and now have enough for a couple of dvds for stockings

Iamblossom · 07/10/2015 11:47

I have ordered those watches PP mentioned from AliExpress, and also bought two Minecraft plush toys that DS2 will love.

ZeldaTheWindBreaker · 07/10/2015 12:03

Thanks so much for the Molton Brown HOUSE15 code - just bought three of the Christmas baubles for £15 total. And got free click and collect.

Wouldn't normally shop there as I've always felt it's a bit too posh for me - so a bit anxious about strolling in there to collect my order in a few days Grin

I also liked that they give you an optional free gift box and message at the end. I said yes please anyway, but the three baubles will be going to different people, so don't actually think ill get to use the box.

itsonlysubterfuge · 07/10/2015 12:16

Zeus I'm normally about 16/18 and I ordered XL and found them a bit tight around my thighs, but other than that they fit. I do have big thighs though. They are very stretchy.

Does anyone know how to change alien press into £ on an iPhone? We're the Minnie Mouse pjs true to size? Just what I've been looking for for dd!

SpottyTeacakes · 07/10/2015 12:17

Totally jumped on the MB bandwagon

Nc19999992 · 07/10/2015 12:18

Ali express not alien press!

MooseyMoo · 07/10/2015 12:25

Thanks mrslebon for the Boden code. I didn't receive a £10 voucher so I opened a live chat and they very kindly added £10 credit to my account. I got trousers for DS and a dress for DD [happy]

megaflo The photos don't really do justice to the beautiful pop up pages. They are beautiful and can't wait to share with DD at Christmas.

Matalan 20% off with EML220

fairyjasmine · 07/10/2015 13:06

Love the rainbow dress itsonly! May have to get that. I'm a bit confused though... DD2 is approx 135cm tall and there's a comment in the reviews saying to size up approx 10cm. So would that be age 11?!
I also love the emoji pillows and they'd be great for DD1, but I've just seen a load of very negative feedback about Ali Express on Trustpilot. It sounds like they're OK, though, based on their popularity on here? They offer Quidco cashback so pressumably they're not dodgy...

TheOddity · 07/10/2015 13:28

Hwo do you do live chat MooseyMoo? Can't see that on contact us?

TheOddity · 07/10/2015 13:44

Panic over! Found it. It's a small thing on the side of the screen on your account.

Tory79 · 07/10/2015 14:00

elsa sparkle doll down to £8

TimonAndPumbaa · 07/10/2015 14:01

Just a little warning for anyone doing the disney rewards - as well as the code on the disney rewards leaflet you also have to put the barcode in from the dvd case. I read about the disney rewards on here last year (or was it the year before) and went through our dvds, found eleven with codes inside, took them out of the cases to enter them online... only to realise that they needed the corresponding bar code number!! Still haven't got round to doing it as it will take ages, going to have to try every single one of the eleven dvds for each reward code!!

TimonAndPumbaa · 07/10/2015 14:07

OhHolyFuck, aww just saw your reply. These threads are lovely for making things feel Christmassy and warm and magical, no matter what's going on in rl. I really hope things are on the up for you and your children and that you get the Christmas you deserve.

BicycleGasoline · 07/10/2015 14:07

No you're not Timon they don't track which leaflet came in which DVD so as long as you have a valid leaflet and a valid DVD barcode it won't matter which you use together.

TheOddity · 07/10/2015 14:11

Lovely lovely Boden gave me £10 off as I didn't get a voucher but have recently moved house and didn't have an updated address on their system so they credited my account. Thanks MooseyMoo for that tip and MrsLeBon for the discount code. That's a pair of lounge pants for DH and pair of starry joggers for DS sorted, all for the sum of £14!

Now I'm being greedy but if anyone sees any nice jewellery offers (not costume jewellery) would you mind posting please?

Lolly12 · 07/10/2015 14:17

Thanks itsonly it is really useful to get feedback on Ali Express stuff as it can be hit and miss.

Can I ask what the sizing is like for the Minnie PJs and rainbow dress? I know things tend to come up small usually.

Girlfriend36 · 07/10/2015 14:20

Playmobil calender for £12, have been waiting for them to come down in price!! www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0077QSLF6?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE

Lots of offers on dvd at the moment, BOGOF on Disney dvds in Superdrug and HMV, Home dvd for £6 in HMV.

Scarydinosaurs · 07/10/2015 14:20

Brio?? I need to get something smallish for nephew, not yet two. Has anyone seen it on offer? I got good deals on Zulily last year?

TheOddity · 07/10/2015 14:33

Argos have some good Brio things on half price. A little battery operated ?Thomas or Percy to fit on a brio track. My DS would have loved that!
They also have Tidmouth Sheds for £34.99 which is a really good price as it is massive and so sturdy, fits with all the normal track.

Scarydinosaurs · 07/10/2015 14:35

Thanks theoddity!

TimonAndPumbaa · 07/10/2015 14:47

Oh bicycle thank you! I actually love you right now Grin Flowers

itsonlysubterfuge · 07/10/2015 14:55

The shirt I'm using is from TU and is a 2-3 and the pants I'm using are from F&F and a size 2-3.
