ARockNRollNerd · 02/10/2015 21:04

Thank you MooseyMoo Thanks
A few more bits bought!

MooseyMoo · 02/10/2015 21:29

No problem Smile

Lego Deep Sea Starter Set £6 Amazon. John Lewis also same price

Good price for x3 minifigs, shark and sub thingy

EnglishRose1320 · 02/10/2015 21:30

For playmobil fans they are currently offering free delivery on their own website. Just managed to order some knights from their last chance to buy section for £1.65 and £1.75, not a bad price for a stocking filler, particularly with no postage costs.

ReluctantCamper · 02/10/2015 21:32

I have lurked on this thread for a couple of years, so thank you for all the bargains Flowers .

I have just bought this for a small Harry Potter obsessive:time turner . Don't know what the quality will be like, but for £1.03, I thought I'd give it a try!

ReluctantCamper · 02/10/2015 21:34

Also a reminder to try wordery for books. I was getting really grumpy with Amazon delivery charges, went to this site, found my book was cheaper and free delivery.

woodwaj · 02/10/2015 21:37

Reluctant I have a proper time Turner and it looks very very similar!! (Not even ashamed I love it! Blush) there's an illustrated HP book out soon if that's something your little fan might like

ReluctantCamper · 02/10/2015 21:47

That's good news woodwaj , I expect it will be pretty flimsy at that price, but it's a bit of fun. Will keep an eye open for the new book you mention.

ReluctantCamper · 02/10/2015 22:14

The illustrations look gorgeous. A bit out of my price range (small HP fan does not belong to me!). I will watch it though, if the price drops below £10 it will be a perfect gift, so thank you for putting me on to it woodwaj .

Trudee · 02/10/2015 22:24

Reluctant thanks for the wordery tip, just bought a book at £4 less than I'd found it for elsewhere Smile

MooseyMoo · 02/10/2015 22:31

I've been using Wordery and delivery is quick. I've set up a wish list and they email me when the book has dropped in price.

woodwaj · 02/10/2015 22:42

I can defo see it being an Amazon lightening deal at some point!

Theonlyoneiknow · 02/10/2015 22:49

Late to the party! Lots of catching up to do!

TheOddity · 02/10/2015 22:50

Thanks for the tip ReluctantCamper on the time turners. The two Harry
Potter geeks in my life will love the thought, no matter the quality!

crumblybiscuits · 02/10/2015 23:22

Thanks for Tesco code, just started DD on way into Playmobil with the zoo set!

MakStout · 03/10/2015 08:42

Has anyone got a toys r us code? I want the large pirate ship for ds birthday next Saturday. It's cheap there at £35ish, bur an extra fiver off would be awesome. Asking here because you Christmas bargain hunters are really good at this!

LucyTheValiant · 03/10/2015 09:25

I dithered over the chalk pens and by the time I decided to go for it , my email just says 'sorry, this offer has now ended' no code or anything. That'll teach me to faff around!

LucyTheValiant · 03/10/2015 09:28

Was someone asking about iPhones earlier? It was a while ago but just in case anyone's still looking, I can recommend mobiles.co.uk. They're owned by carphone warehouse. I've had a couple of phones from them at very good prices - I just upgraded to an iPhone 6 and all the other companies who called me about upgrading were very impressed with what I'm paying. Delivery is quick too and they're very helpful. Still not a true bargain but better deals than elsewhere I think!

daddykyller · 03/10/2015 09:39

Two words: Birdie Purse! - and it's only £1.45
And very cheap too (plus there's a few other styles) at Amazon

Domire Cartoon Silicone Purse

Iggi999 · 03/10/2015 10:17
