Hello all,

Hopefully the second message on the thread will contain a list of potentially useful links. I haven't checked through all of last years useful links so if I've missed any good ones please let me know and I'll amend.

I'll do my best to keep it updated with each new thread.

DD was watching some kind of Disney Christmas cartoon this morning so I'm feeling rather festive today :)

Oh goodness, that Atlas of Adventures is a stunning book

I ordered this large den building kit from Amazon last night. It's £40 in Argos and, according to camelcamelcamel, it's the best price it's ever been on Amazon. There are a few options, so make sure you select the 'large' one.

I was originally looking at this toobeez giant construction set which is at the bargainous-yet-still-bloody-expensive price of £95, but wasn't sure if DS would get £95-worth of enjoyment from it, or if he'd be able to use it independently, so opted for the pl-ug den kit above instead.

SitsOnFence · 14/09/2015 13:33

In the time it's taken me to copy and paste those links and write that post, the price for the den building kit has gone from £29.99 to £39.99 Angry

Hope they honour my order. It is marked as 'Preparing for Dispatch'

Thanks so much for the scarves idea. That's the presents for my colleagues sorted.

Boux Avenue are doing free tshirts with purchase of lounge pants saving you £14. I think their quality is good and their loyalty card is great!

WindTheFrog · 14/09/2015 20:06

poop I've pm'do you one but I'm not sure if it's any good.

I picked up a starwars Lego set on Sainsburys today down from £20 to £10 - don't ask me which one as its stashed out of prying eyes now. It may be worth a look if you are in there tho. There were a few different sets all half price.

I was going to order my dd a baby born doll and baby born washing station from very last week using a £15 off code I had , I was in 2 minds so left them in basket and waited - just logged in to see they are still in my basket but doll from £45 to £36 and the wash station from £30 to £20 - quick check code was still in date and thought I d try that not expecting it to work with sale prices but was gobsmacked that it did. So £75 of stuff for £45 pretty much the wash station free Smile
