Do you buy charity Christmas cards?

If so, do you support any particular charity, or just charities in general?
Just interested as I always buy birthday cards from unicef as they do some lovely packs, and this year have bought some Christmas ones too.
Always but British Heart Foundation ones too.

macmillan used to get a decent enough proportion iirc.

I bought some from BIBIC directly, as sam goes there. then I found the school were doing some- your kids design them but they're an extortionate 65p EACH! Minmum ten! I'll buy a minimum of each, but what a rip off

(I normally make my own btw, these are for the kids friends and add ons- you know, person three dorrs sown whose name you don't know etc). Had planned to send BIBIC ones to all, but people expressed disappointment- which is all well, but they don't ahve to find the time to make what in the past ahs been 300

I buy from these people www.cardsforcharity.co.uk/ but usually in a church

Tend to choose charities of interest to me but really I just go on the card designs!

I buy from charity cards

they have a lovely selection of packs, all for different charities - you can choose by charity or if you want the cards that are not nominated for a particular charity (iyswim) you can choose any charity from their list.

To be fair, quite a bit of the money from the cost of cards goes to the designated charity. I have just received my cards today - I have bought some for Home Farm Trust, Medicins sans Frontieres and Earthwatch. Last year chose Cancer research and NSPCC I think.
