I'm sure I've read in the past somewhere that to make life easier you can use those disposable foil trays for cooking the christmas dinner (and remembering how much my DC whinged last year when they were asked to wash up, sounds like a good plan).
I did just wonder though, does using these make any difference how well everything cooks? I know Delia is always going on about how you should buy expensive roasting tins etc and just wondered if using a cheapie 99p roasting tray has any effect on things cooking evenly such as your roast potatoes crisping up etc.
