Beat me to it Light. Was just about to say having just bought one for MIL. Also PCWorld have £30 off most iPads. Can't get their code on the website to work as well as it says you can get extra 10% off but doesn't list t&cs. Presume not off already discounted items.

Ist parcel of the day - courier looking stressed already and just about knocked my door in! I was standing almost right by it, so it's not as if he knocked 'properly first'. He's going to have a sore hand by the end of the day!

Not Amazon, but I went to Sainsburys this morning for the 32" TV at £89.99 - queued from 6.45am. There were only about 10 of each TV (they had a half price 40" too) and they were gone in literally 10 seconds.

I got one, but NEVER, ever again!

I feel sorry for the staff - there were two women having a scuffle behind me over the last one. Each holding one end of the box & telling each other to fuck off.

Surely it would be safer to keep it all online - although I know the whole point is to lure customers in to the shop.

Started the week at 2am with a Fitbit for DP, then bought him a Swiss Army knife to replace the one he lost, and finished the week with a Fitbit for myself.

We're going to have matching Fitbits. DP is going to love this not
