Mine are hearing The Pogues Fairytale of New York on the radio, and when they have the sachets of gingerbread lattes for sale in the shops, so I can make them at home.

I was also going to say - hearing the Pogues Fairytale of New York too!! Or when my friend calls me to say she has just heard it on the radio and she gets really excited!!

Mine is hearing Stay Another Day by East 17 on the radio. Oh, and Home Alone being on the telly. Can't wait. I love Christmas ??????

This morning my radio alarm had changed by itself from Smooth to Smooth Xmas so I woke up to Fairy Tale of New York. I love it, but not in mid-November, and followed up by Jingle Bell Rock at 6.30 am!

My trigger - Dec 1st I will put the wreath on the front door.

For me its not Christmas until the cadburys creme eggs come out.

Seeing and buying cranberry sausage rolls in Morrisons. I love them.
Or turkey and cranberry sandwiches in Boots

when the pogues start playing everywhere. it was my mums favourite song and played at her funeral as the going out song. reduces me to tears in the middle of every store over Christmas season.

ironically enough wibbly I still love the song, reminds me of mum belting out "you scumbag, you maggot..." at epic volume but can't help but get teary people probably think I'm nuts

1st December when all the decorations are up, elf on the shelf is here and, um, it's December!

1st dec, dd's birthday, advent calendars up, first Xmas carol on Classic Fm.
